The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We have rented from Premier before. This unit was well supplied in all aspects. The furniture was comfy and the porch a delight. Even our pet enjoyed her stay. The bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the double sink in bathroom, they had a large supply of videos which we enjoyed in the evenings."

"There were 15 of us that stayed at the house. We were in town for a family wedding and needed a place large enough to accomodate our group, coming from Pennsylvania, Florida and Tennessee...This house fit the bill. The house was great and well equipped. We loved the hot tub and spent many evenings there. We also enjoyed a fire in the fire pit a couple evenings. We were a bit thrown on the drive to the house, as you leave the main road and travel onto what seems to be a desolate area, however once you get to the house and up the steep drive..the questionable drive seems worth it...and once you do the drive a couple times it doesn't seem as bad either. The wifi seemed to go in and out and some of our group never were able to connect, for some reason, but again, not really a major issue for us. Over all a great house and would totally recommend it to others."

"I looked at soo many places to stay in Maggie Valley and this one had everything I wanted on my list.....VIEW....High Altitude....Paved road up.....Firepit....Wood Fireplace inside.....WIFI for husbands work......Large nice jetted Hot Tub.....and In the woods....you feel like you are in a treehouse....Inside is just as awesome....makes you feel at home...Clean and has very nice cookware.....2 bedrooms 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs and upstairs has a little loft with a pull out sofa....Open view from the living room looking out into the mountains.....It rained all weekend while we were there...soo having to stay in a nice mountain home made it better....We did get to take a walk to the creek and waterfall...It was great walking down but if you are not in shape getting back up is tough...hee.....Close to everthing....shopped at Ingles and Bi Lo....Bi Lo had the lowest price for food and wood for the fireplace....We tried to make it up to Elk Country close by but chickened out with the gravel steep road and turned around....We did go to Waynesville to shop and eat.....and of cource Soco Valley make sure you walk up to the most Photographed spot....You will NOT be disappointed at all staying here...."

"Our family of six, including toddlers, parents, and grandparents, enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and spacious home. We loved the porch with the spectacular view of the mountains and of Maggie Valley. This was a perfect location for us as we took the toddlers to Bryson City, NC to ride the Great Smoky Mountians Railroad."
