  • Family Vacation

"Great place to stay in the Great Smoky Mountains. We had several families with a total of 10 and were very comfortable in the cabin. The view from the rear deck was fantastic and the location of the cabin was very peaceful. Easy drive to all the major attractions and short drive to Robbinsville for supplies."

  • Wedding visit

"We were in town for my sons wedding and needed a place to stay for several days. It was perfect for our family gatherings and hanging out at the lake while waiting for wedding activities. The house is very nice on the inside with a renovated kitchen and bathroom. It was very comfortable. We would love to visit again."

  • Beautiful Cabin, Beautiful Views

"My friends and I recently spent a long weekend at the Ponderosa, and we absolutely loved it. We had problems finding the cabin at first, but once we had arrived and settled in, there were no other problems. The cabin is rustic and adorable. We spent the entire weekend debating what the animal was mounted in the living room and finally concluded that it was an elk. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the cabin was very clean. The owners were very accommodating. At the end of the weekend, none of us wanted to leave, and we definitely intend to visit again!"
