  • A wonderful vacation retreat

"Our ladies group spent the weekend at the Four W Indus and found it to be wonderful. Very well supplied in the kitchen. The home was clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and having three bathrooms was a real plus for 10 women. We loved it and will be back."

  • You cant go wrong with this Crooked little cabin !

"The owners were super easy to deal with and everything was as described. You wont need bring anything as this cabin is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. This cabin was impeccable clean and very well maintained. The Jacuzzi was very relaxing especially in the morning watching the sun rise over the mountains. Saluda is a small town with some small shops and restaurants that are mostly closed on Saturday and Sundays. GreenRiver Adventures is a wonderful outfitter if you want to get into some white water. They have tubing, rafting & rubber kayaking. The Green River is awesome and in my opinion rivals the Nantahala. Tryon and Hendersonville are a short and scenic drive. Sidestreet Pizza in Tryon is a must have while you are there, they have excellent pizza, wings and pasta but get there by 5pm unless you don't mind waiting to get in. Pearson Falls is a 5 min ride up the road and a short walk to the falls ( there is a small fee per person ) and if your into "eclectic" the tunnel you will drive through to get to the cabin is defiantly "eclectic"; it was built in 1901 and goes under the railroad know as the Saluda Grade (the steepest railroad in north America) the interior of the tunnel is covered in local artwork including murals & messages. All in all this is a very comfortable affordable place to stay and unwind or use as a jumping off point. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did ! PS. Yes the cabin is a little Crooked it has about a 2 degree slant to one side..."

  • Beautiful Cabin & Mountain View

"The cabin was easy to find in a private & secluded neighborhood. The cabin is well-built and has impressive handiwork. The mountain view from the cabin is beautiful at all times. It was a nice retreat for a young couple and a 10 month old baby. I would recommend this cabin if you need to get away from the world and relax. It is central to several local attractions so there are many great places to visit. The owners were very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you!"

  • Wonderful place

"The house and kitchen were wonderful. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The town of saluda is great. No night life if you are looking for that type of thing. Fun time kayaking with green river adventures. The owner is very helpful. Left one bag there and she's made it so easy to retrieve."
