"We enjoyed our stay at this little "hideaway" nestled in the beautiful fall leaves. It was just the right size for the two of us and so much better than staying in a hotel. I spent a couple evenings sitting on the deck with a glass of wine enjoying the view, colors and birds. Would definitely recommend this place for a nice quiet weekend or week to relax."Guest: Barb S. "What an amazing cabin home. It had everything and more. The area is quite, peaceful and full of incredible sunrise views. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lots of towels, linens, extra pillows and blankets. Laundry room, Hot tub, Pool table, fire pit. The living area and master bedroom has complete access to the decks. Rocking chairs, picnic tables, grill. Kitchen is loaded with everything. We grilled, had a large gathering of our local friends, family stay over's and lots of private time. We are sad to leave!"Guest: Raina K. Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 30, 2014View listing
"This is our second summer to spend a week in Highlands at the Tree House - it is a fantastic house for families and also for our dog! :) The owners are so easy to work with and are extremely accommodating - and return our deposit in a timely manner! We loved walking to town to grab breakfast or dinner - the driveway is steep as described but it is no problem to walk up the stone pavers. We have loved our time spent at the Tree House and can't wait to go back again! Highly recommend for families, children, dogs, etc.!"Guest: Jennifer Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 6, 2014View listing
"We have two young kids and were looking to meet my parents in the mountains for a weekend getaway. The kids really wanted to see Cherokee so we tried this cabin as an alternative to the hotels in the area. Very glad we did. It was very close to Cherokee and easy to get there but also many other desirable locations around the WNC Smokies. The cabin itself is nice. Nothing fancy but very clean, well stocked, and exactly as described and pictured in the ad. Would consider renting again if we are looking to stay in that area."Guest: Mark Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 28, 2014View listing
