  • Beautiful Cabin

"4 couples rented this cabin for a weekend wedding in the area. I would absolutely recommend this rental! The place is beautiful and secluded without being too far away from town. The beds were VERY comfortable, and the furniture is all very unique and lovely. The owners were extremely easy to work with as well, an added bonus!"

  • Summer Vacation

"Our family arrived on August 16th, 2014. Our family really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. We would recommend this to anyone. We will surely come back in the future. It was peaceful there. We sat on the front porch a lot, and watched the cows and chickens in the pasture across the road. Every morning one or all of us would see deer at the edge of the woods! One day my brother-in-law saw 6 deer! The home is close to the town of Murphy too. The home was clean, and well furnished with everything anyone would need. The bushes and flowers were beautiful too. It is just a short drive to Hawassee, Georgia too. We went to Helen, Georgia which is just beyond Hawassee, Georgia one day. It is a beautiful town. Although I was sick most of the week, I would highly recommend this to anyone. Our whole family loved it, including our brother-in-laws little yorkie!"

  • Mountain Haven

"Mountain Haven is an awesome country style home in a great location near Asheville, NC. We had our entire family (13 in total) there for a week and everyone had a great time. The house itself allows for a variety of different sleeping options and thus everyone can kind of be spread out. The deck offered great views and a chance to sit around a fire at night. The location is extremely close to downtown Asheville which offers a ton of different activities for all ages as well as a nice variety of "eating and drinking establishments. I would 'highly recommend" this particular house and location if you are thinking of spending some time in the Asheville, NC area."

  • All that I could hope for and more.

"Bumble Bee Hideaway was the perfect little getaway for us. We drove from Wilmington (7 hours) and were so beat by the time we got there. We jumped into the jacuzzi to relax before bed and it was wonderful. The cabin is beautiful, clean and very cozy. Everything we could have wanted or needed was there. I was especially impressed with the fast Wi-fi. The beds are comfy (I slept downstairs and when hubby snored too bad I sent upstairs into the loft :). The local town of Murphy is quaint and everywhere we ate was absolutely fantastic. You would think with a small town, the food wouldn't be good but that was not the case at all! We especially loved Shoebooties and Parsons Pub. A lot of ingredients like the trout and beef are from the area. The people of Murphy are so friendly too. We felt very welcomed and at home. For recreation we went tubing at Deep Creek in Bryson City (rented with JJ's tubing) and the ride alone through Nantahala Forest was so beautiful and relaxing. You past rafters and kayakers in the river which was fun to see. We also went to Chattanooga for a day (its only 1.5 hours from the cabin) and had a blast. Went to Raccoon Mountain Caverns there and wow, was it spectacular! Well worth the drive. Wished we had time to do the train ride but we did get some pics of the old trains and Chattanooga Choo Choo. Across the street is The Hot Chocolatier. Do not miss it if you love chocolate! :) There is so much to do in the areas around the cabin that I will have to plan better next time. All in all our trip was fun, relaxing and refreshing. We had no problems at all and we definitely be back. The value for what you get is honestly the best we could have imagined. Already recommended it to two people. :) Thank you so much, Ken!"
