"My graduate school girlfriends and I spent last weekend at this home and it could not have been more perfect. The location is one block away from Hyde Park Square, so really easy to walk to coffee, shops, ice cream, public space, etc. and then three blocks from Rookwood Pavilion, which is an outdoor lifestyle center (mall) with restaurants, Whole Foods, and tons of great shopping. The surrounding neighborhoods (Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout) are full of awesome restaurants, parks, and walkable historic neighborhoods and 10 minutes from downtown. There is off street parking for up to two cars at the house, which isn't really highlighted in the listing but is a huge plus for being so close to the Square. The house itself is great for reunion weekends - really big modern kitchen and two contiguous living rooms with lots of places to sit and lounge. Everything was clean, updated, and very stylish. The homeowner has thought of everything - the kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, serveware, etc. and there is a closet full of games. We really enjoyed our weekend and would highly recommend this property to anyone."

"We rented this home in July for a long weekend with the family. This is a beautiful home and sits right on the Ohio River bank. The home is spacious and clean. We had 3 families staying there and had plenty of room for all. There is a large deck on the back with a hot tub and a great view of the Ohio River. We enjoyed fishing in the evening and relaxing in the hot tub afterwards. The home sits on a private lot and is secluded & quiet. There is a boat dock on the property but we, unfortunately, weren't able to put our boat in the water due to the recent flooding. The home pretty much has everything you would need to stay for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others."

"This extremely clean house is located in a grand lakeside town. The pier, marina, beach park and Nickel Plate Beach would have kept us busy all week but we also traveled to Kelly's Island, Sandusky, Marblehead and the many nature reserves. My extended family was comfortable with the open space in the kitchen and the upper and lower living rooms. The bedrooms are tiny but who would want to spend time there when there's internet, cable and the deck to sit and watch the lake. Also, enough lawn for bean bags and ladders. Seeing LEMY the last day was fun. We really enjoyed our week stay at Huron's tropical Cottage."

"A gorgeous condo with lots of space and beautiful views of Lake Erie. This was our second stay at this property and like the first time, we were not disappointed in any way. Janine was very accommodating and gracious."
