"The sound of the waves brought peace from our busy work life. The town was quiet since it was before season but the golf course was nice. Everything was able to be walked to. The view was spectacular and the sunsets were perfect Evey night. Thanks for opening up your home to us."

"Nine of us just returned from our vacation stay here in the house and cottage. This place was more than adequate for all of us.
It was very clean - and had everything you could possibly want. The beds were very comfortable -- all the linens and towels were furnished. Plenty of room for everyone. Sitting outside on the back patio overlooking the lake was just great -- the picnic tables and outside grill really came in handy. A short safe walk down the wooden stairs with railing to the beach area. Everyone enjoyed the water, beach and especially the beautiful sunsets. The Town of Vermilion is charming, and this is a great home to spend your vacation in."

"We stayed here for a familly reunion for 4 days in August and there were several thing that I liked about this house & a couple things that didn't work so well. It is within 500 ft. of a small beach & playground where the kids loved playing. The house is above a 2-car garage, had a nice, albeit small, deck, off the living area. What did not work out so well for us; there was someone everyday working in the garage, which didn't do much for a sense of privacy, And it is a 3 bedroom, 2- bath house. It would fit 8 or 9 people comfortably, but 13 was too many and 4 of our family members went to a hotel after the 1st night.
There is not a den, just a kitchen/living area with a Murphy bed , aside from the 3 bedrooms. It is very pretty & well-kept, but in actuality, a good desciption would be "cozy". I would stay here again, if we had a smaller group and would reccomend it for anyone. (Beware, there is a flight of stairs to go up to this home.)"

"We stayed a week at the condo. My first experience with Kim, via email, was wonderful. She offered lots of advice on things to do while we were in Sandusky. Upon arrival, Kim met us at the condo promptly and it was exactly as described. The unit was clean and had a spectacular view. We visited Cedar Point several days with our 12 year son, explored the islands on the Goodtime boat, and did some shopping in the area. The weather was cool which made the amusement park enjoyable. We loved sitting on the patio in the evenings and seeing the fireworks from Cedar Point and the boats coming and going. I can't begin to tell you how sad we were to leave on our last day. We hope to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this condo. Kim is wonderful to deal with and willingly shares her expertise of the area making your vacation even more enjoyable!"
