"Was a little nervous at first since being on the other end of VRBO, but completely satisfied and relieved. Staci was wonderful and so accommodating. There was a minor TV issue with the cable, but mainly my technology inexperience was the problem. Didn't matter, wasn't around enough any way. I'd rent from Staci again in a heartbeat. Very honest and trust worthy."

"My graduate school girlfriends and I spent last weekend at this home and it could not have been more perfect. The location is one block away from Hyde Park Square, so really easy to walk to coffee, shops, ice cream, public space, etc. and then three blocks from Rookwood Pavilion, which is an outdoor lifestyle center (mall) with restaurants, Whole Foods, and tons of great shopping. The surrounding neighborhoods (Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout) are full of awesome restaurants, parks, and walkable historic neighborhoods and 10 minutes from downtown. There is off street parking for up to two cars at the house, which isn't really highlighted in the listing but is a huge plus for being so close to the Square. The house itself is great for reunion weekends - really big modern kitchen and two contiguous living rooms with lots of places to sit and lounge. Everything was clean, updated, and very stylish. The homeowner has thought of everything - the kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, serveware, etc. and there is a closet full of games. We really enjoyed our weekend and would highly recommend this property to anyone."

"What a great experience from start to finish! We were in the Cincinnati area over labor day weekend to see the Brewers play. Our group consisted of two couples (so 4 adults) and one toddler. This was the perfect spot. The house was actually in Kentucky, just across the river from the Great American Ballpark. It was about a 10 minute walk without the hassle of parking, etc... In addition to the ballpark, there was a lot to do in the vicinity for adults and children.
The owner, Lisa, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Prior to our arrival she provided tons on information on parking, getting around, restaurants, shopping, etc... She met us at the house on arrival to give us the keys and a quick tour. She even provided some essential items like coffee, snacks & ice cream :) She makes herself available if needed during your stay.
The house was very clean, charming & had plenty of room. There are 3 floors (plus a deck), so if you have issues with stairs be aware. We had an almost 2 year old with us & the stairs were not an issue. The house had off street parking which was very convenient. It also had a rooftop deck which was great for a little outdoor privacy. It really came in handy for watching the Labor Day fireworks. The neighborhood was fine, we never felt unsafe. There are some characters walking around, but nothing unusual for a downtown city area.
If you are thinking of visiting Cincinnati I would highly recommend this property for your stay. Thanks for everything Lisa!"

"We had an awesome experience with this rental and the owner Cynthia. The house is extremely cute and in great condition. Beds are amazingly comfortable. The owner went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We went to Cincinnati to run the flying pig marathon and the owner had the fridge stacked with water:) She was very accommodating to our party which we really appreciated. The home is in a great location and we would recommend this rental to anyone going to Cincinnati. Thank you Cynthia"
