  • family reunion destination

"This house was a great place for my family to meet to relive the summer vacations of my adult children's youths. It is clean and very much as pictured in the listing. Proximity to Cedar Point, Soak City, and Lake Erie Islands Ferries was great. We were also able to walk into Huron to walk out on the pier and to get a snack at the Pied Piper, all activities we'd enjoyed in the 90's. There were 14 in our group so we also rented a cottage across the street which was recommended by the owner of this property. That worked out great for extra beds and bathrooms, but this tropical "cottage" is huge and we had plenty of space, dishes, chairs, tables etc for all of us to do all of our cooking, meals and relaxing here. The younger members of our group appreciated the strong WiFi signal. The central air conditioning was quite welcome on the several humid days during our stay. Large capacity washer and dryer were also a big help. I would recommend this property to others."

  • Great winter rental

"Great place to stay during a winter vacation. House was modern and kept up. Everyday kitchen utensils were provided as were modern day conveniences like DVDs, and wifi. Location was easy to find and quite accessible to highway. Would really like to experience huron in the summer sometime. Renters had good communication. Would return."

  • Great house!

"We've been vacationing in this neighborhood for over 15 years for our annual family reunion. Over the years we have stayed in several houses in the neighborhood, but this one is definitely the best. We were looking for something bigger and with central air, and were more than pleased. Very spacious, clean, comfortable house (and furniture). Layout of house is great - one family room in the front and one in the back; all bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen is well stocked. Garage has many items for beach. Owner very nice and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again next year! Would recommend without hesitation."

  • Perfect for groups with kids

"We are a group of 14 that vacation together every year and this is the first time we decided to rent a home. This home exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. It's very inviting and kid friendly. Anything you can need is already there from kitchenware to plenty of towels and blankets, and the location is very convenient. The 5 toddlers in our group were able to run and play outside and were easy to control since it's fenced. Cedar Point is very close and there are beaches nearby as well. We will definitely be coming back."
