"This house was a great place for my family to meet to relive the summer vacations of my adult children's youths. It is clean and very much as pictured in the listing. Proximity to Cedar Point, Soak City, and Lake Erie Islands Ferries was great. We were also able to walk into Huron to walk out on the pier and to get a snack at the Pied Piper, all activities we'd enjoyed in the 90's. There were 14 in our group so we also rented a cottage across the street which was recommended by the owner of this property. That worked out great for extra beds and bathrooms, but this tropical "cottage" is huge and we had plenty of space, dishes, chairs, tables etc for all of us to do all of our cooking, meals and relaxing here. The younger members of our group appreciated the strong WiFi signal. The central air conditioning was quite welcome on the several humid days during our stay. Large capacity washer and dryer were also a big help. I would recommend this property to others."Guest: Anne F. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 22, 2014View listing
"The house was very clean and ready for our arrival. The photos represented the property fairly accurately. There were only two of us plus our dog and we had plenty of room. The enclosed porch at the back of the house was very nice and inviting. We have already told family and friends about this home and have recommended it as a place to stay. The owner was helpful and responded to us very timely."Guest: Terri M. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 2, 2014View listing
"We had our church leader's retreat at this beautiful home. It was the perfect place to unwind, relax and be inspired. The home itself is beautifully decorated, warm and spacious. The setting of the home, atop a hill overlooking Lake Erie, is spectacular! The living area is large and open, and connects to the kitchen which is very well equipped. The layout allows for many people to gather and be together. This area also boasts walls of windows, so even when you are inside you feel like you are outside. Our visit was 10/30-11/2, so we had all kinds of weather, sunny & brisk to rainy & windy. All of it was beautiful and very much enjoyed by all. I can't imagine a bad time to stay at this beach home. Every season would be a delight! Definitely one of the premier homes on Lake Erie! Much thanks to Jennifer and Mark for sharing their home with us!"Guest: Attwell Church Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: November 6, 2014View listing
"We had a wonderful stay at this lakefront home on Lake Erie. The pictures really don't do the house justice. The location is perfect for families with the park and beach very close. The house is about 10-15 minutes from Cedar Point. Dave was very helpful with any questions we had. Would love to return in the near future."Guest: Barbara B.
