"We stayed here for a familly reunion for 4 days in August and there were several thing that I liked about this house & a couple things that didn't work so well. It is within 500 ft. of a small beach & playground where the kids loved playing. The house is above a 2-car garage, had a nice, albeit small, deck, off the living area. What did not work out so well for us; there was someone everyday working in the garage, which didn't do much for a sense of privacy, And it is a 3 bedroom, 2- bath house. It would fit 8 or 9 people comfortably, but 13 was too many and 4 of our family members went to a hotel after the 1st night.
There is not a den, just a kitchen/living area with a Murphy bed , aside from the 3 bedrooms. It is very pretty & well-kept, but in actuality, a good desciption would be "cozy". I would stay here again, if we had a smaller group and would reccomend it for anyone. (Beware, there is a flight of stairs to go up to this home.)"

"This place does not disappoint! We went here as a last minute getaway to relax and do a little fishing. The place itself is so lovely and impeccably decorated. It has a very high end shower and the memory foam bed was just incredible. We were already "sold", and then we out back and saw the deck. Just absolutely awesome. The view is breathtaking. You can see all the way to Cedar Point! We were able to walk to the fishing pier, which was so convenient, and my husband even caught a few fish fishing from the lower deck of the house. The owners give you complete privacy; we didn't even see them at all until John came out as we were getting ready to leave. Such a nice, funny man! If we ever get up this way again, this would be the only place we would stay. I would highly recommend this place!"

"The woods floors are beautiful. We have a memory foam bed at home and were happy to have one to sleep on in this cabin. The hot tub was very relaxing, in fact don't stand up too fast after being in it for a while. The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on. This is still a really great cabin for a couple though. It looks like they are making two additional cabins. One site can be seen from the back porch through the trees."

"We were in Sandusky to visit my kids working at Cedar Point and we had great weather on Friday but it rained the rest of the weekend. There was even flooding in the street due to high winds, which rarely happens i'm told. It was serendipitous for us though as the kids got called off work and we spent hours playing games in the lower dining area.
This house has more living space than you'd expect and we were very comfortable. The only space issue i noticed was that the lower bunks in the 2nd bedroom were pretty tight so i had to sleep on the top bunk. My mom slept well in the master and loved the chase lounge. Very nicely decorated and it even had some cool items you don't see often, like the rolling hot dog cooker and pop corn maker.
I liked the access to the lake right outside and although it rained a lot we were able to get on the SUP right at the end of the street once.
The neighbors are awesome and are out socializing most of the time. I'm guessing the deck is a big hit with them. Our family loved the deck and the view of the bay and park from the deck."
