  • Our family trip

"Place was most comfortable with a well supplied kitchen. Lighting was dim: prefer lamps with stronger watts for reading. Great location. Wonderful beach. Quiet. Spacious. The square footage should be added to give it justice. Owner was most helpful answering questions. I have reccommended it."

  • Great summer vacation spot not too far from home

"This place is perfect for anyone looking to have a resort-like experience within easy driving distance of Cleveland, Toledo, Detroit, and the surrounding areas. The waterfront area is extremely walkable (various restaurants, the Jet Express for Lake Erie Islands, admiring the older Sandusky homes), and driving to grocery stores, the mall, Cedar Point, Port Clinton, Marblehead, etc., takes hardly any time at all. As for the condo experience, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised - it felt like a good hotel. The owner could not have been more helpful or accessible, like a good concierge; and the pool and hot tub were well-maintained. The condo itself was fabulous: not the Waldorf=Astoria, but a Hilton - clean, good-quality furniture and linens. The added bonus is the stuff from home you don't get at a hotel: a full-size refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, cooking utensils, silverware, etc. The neighbors are a mix of vacationers and semi-permanent residents, and everyone is friendly and low-key. It's a great place to vacation, because you're in the middle of everything the Lake Erie Islands area has to offer, but you can make your own meals and relax on the patio if you need some time off from sight-seeing."

  • Our family had a great time at this property.

"I was looking for a place we could all stay within close proximity of each other since everyone was coming in from out of town. This property fit all of our needs. The beach was perfect for the kids to play on while we all relaxed and enjoyed each other. There are so many things to do in this area - we did the Wild Animal Safari, Monsoon Lagoon, Cedar Point, the lighthouse and there are plenty more things to do. Jeremy, the owner, was super quick answer our questions and was very accommodating. Thanks for a great time!"

  • Great winter rental

"Great place to stay during a winter vacation. House was modern and kept up. Everyday kitchen utensils were provided as were modern day conveniences like DVDs, and wifi. Location was easy to find and quite accessible to highway. Would really like to experience huron in the summer sometime. Renters had good communication. Would return."
