"We just spent 4 wonderful nights here. This condo is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood marina. We did not bring our boat, but the slip is a great added benefit. It is a very nice, centrally located place, for a couples retreat. The owner is very responsive to inquiries and helpful giving tips. We would happily stay here again."Guest: Katee G. "My sister, my father, and my 2.5yr old daughter and I rented the house when we came to visit relatives who live throughout the area. It could not have been more perfect for our needs. We were immediately impressed upon entering the house -- it's incredibly open and spacious with tons of natural light. I was at first put off that there is no TV in the large main room (there is one in the small sun room, with a small couch, but this would not have accommodated all of us at once) -- but I quickly realized this was a major plus rather than a con. Not once in our 4 day stay did my daughter ask for "her cartoons". Out of sight, out of mind :) (Had we wanted them, however, the house has a very large VHS collection.) Everything was extremely clean and neat and logically organized. There are small labels everywhere that give helpful tips about operating various things. The back deck and back yard provided hours of family fun, and we also enjoyed grilling burgers. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood. The only "downfall" for me was that the master bedroom bed is a "water tube" bed. It's not the typical water bed one would imagine, but rather it has some sort of water tubing running through it. I found it lacked support (I am 6 months pregnant) and feels generally like a sagging mattress that is low in the middle. My sister, who shared the bed, did not have as much issue with it as I did, but it was still an unusual thing to find. Overall this place is absolutely fantastic! If we are back in the area we will definitely stay here again!"Guest: Sarah Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 19, 2014View listing
"I highly recommend this house for the fact it was so clean and there was plenty of bedrooms for many people - up to 10 to sleep comfortably -and in this way, it was also very affordable. It had everything we needed and It was convenient to all of the strip and provided a great view of Lake Erie! My family enjoyed it very much - we were easily able to walk down the strip and get back without a problem. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again given the chance. Thank you!"Guest: Hklucc Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 2, 2014View listing
"We throughly enjoyed our vacation at this wonderful home. It is far enough away from the strip so that we could have a peaceful time yet close enough to enjoy what the strip had to offer. We will definitely want to come back next summer. The home was furnished nicely with what we needed and was clean."Guest: Happy Vacationer Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 13, 2014View listing
