"My family got together with my sister's family for a lake weekend this summer. This house was very nice and spacious. The pictures don't do it justice. It has been well-maintained and was clean and cool. The loft upstairs is beautiful! The extra touches everywhere are nice. There were more than enough extra sheets, blankets and pillows. There are 2 nice decks to enjoy the Oklahoma summer nights. We cooked s'mores in the fire pit, and sat around the fire while our boys played guitars. The owner was very easy to work with. Had a great time!! We would DEFINATELY stay at this house again. Thanks!"

"Stayed a week, no problems at all. Love the layout, huge back yard and lots of parking, ping pong and fuseball in the house along with lots of other games for the kids. Beautiful neighborhood, and incredibly convenient!! I-44 is minutes away if you're going out and about, choices of grocery/convenience stores and restaurants nearby if you're staying in. I'm definitely interested in doing this again. I'd recommend to anyone. **the cookies were amazing.**"

"Our stay at the Cedar House was great! It was perfect for our two families (we had 4 kids total, ages 5-8) The house itself is really nice, and it's well-stocked. The views from the deck are gorgeous. The owners are so nice and accessible for any questions you may have. Our only problem was that the dock is actually a pretty long walk down a steep hill (the house is lake view, not lake front), which is difficult when you're hauling heavy coolers up and down and wrangling kids. But overall, this house is a great family vacation house!"

Relaxing and comfortable with cozy, eclectic decor.
"We stayed for two nights - 3 adults, a teenager and a 7-year-old. All were very comfortable. The cabin is layed out nicely, with plenty of space and seating all around. The kitchen was well-stocked, so if you want to cook meals you'll be all set with all the pots and pans you'll need. Furnishings were comfortable and in great condition, as was the bathroom and everything else in the cabin. The decor was fun, eclectic and tasteful, with good quality furniture and lots of handmade goods and photographs/maps of local attractions.
We all really enjoyed sitting on the porch and enjoying the constant (in mid-July) strong breeze. We saw lots of lizards, quail and other birds, and unusual insects, but fortunately no rattlesnakes, which we were warned to watch for.
My 7-year-old was content to play in the area right around the cabin, including climbing the rocks and swinging on the hammock. My teen enjoyed longboarding on the area roads, although he warns to bring a tool or tighten your trucks in advance for a smoother ride. ;)
We loved the cabin. The only downside was a lack of anything to do in the immediate vicinity (walking distance), but with so much to drive to in driving distance, we'd happily return!"
