"Owners have been great for the two years of our renting. Second-floor location overlooking a pool and spa, and view of setting sun and Mt. San Jacinto! Two tennis courts right next to building. Laundromat in adjacent building. Road to the tramway only a block away! Billy Reed's, a great restaurant, only a few blocks away. Downtown Palm Springs only minutes away. Couldn't have been a better experience! Thanks, Jeff!"

"Truly lovely. This house is exactly as described and is exactly as the pictures portray it to be. We enjoyed the house for 4 nights but wished for more. There were 4 adults and 4 younger children in our group. While the house is set up to sleep 6, they included an inflatable air bed which was more than adequate to sleep our group.
The location could not be more perfect - set atop a small cliff, a few steps off the back porch to a very private, secluded beach. The views over the ocean are incredible and there are wrap around decks on both levels to take in all in. The kids spent every moment on the beach. The home owners provided a ton of sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Hours were spent walking along the shore, collecting shells/stones, creating habitats for the hermit crabs we found (and then releasing them), reading books, building sand castles, etc. The water is cold but they kids didn't seem to mind wading, splashing and very fast swims.
The house itself is very well appointed - we found everything we needed to prepare meals and used the grill several times. Each morning and evening were spent in the upper living room just taking in the views, listening to the surf and watching the sunset. It was gorgeous and so peaceful.
We are already planning to return as aside from enjoying the house, this area of the coast offers many activities. We did go down to the boardwalk in Santa Cruz one afternoon which was a fun change of pace and also LOVED Big Basin Redwoods State Park (though it was a bit of a drive). The town of Pescadero is about 10 minutes away and has a restaurant, small grocery store and coffee shop. We also liked the coffee/pastries offered in Davenport a few miles south. Less than a half mile from the house is a state beach called Bean Hollow which was perfect for a morning run along the ocean and they also have a sandy beach.
The owners are kind and easy to work with. THIS place is a true gem!"

"My wife and I along with our three children stay here at least twice a year - in the fall and in the winter during ski season. It is beautiful in the fall and there is no place Id rather be than here during the change of seasons. We also stay here during ski season and enjoy Stowe and all of the surrounding dinning and entertainment - there is something for everyone. The skiing is great but we also find time to go sledding, snow-shoeing and hiking when we want a break from skiing. We are a pretty active family so after a long day of playing there is nothing better than relaxing at the spa and hanging out with family and friends at the condo. The condo itself has all of the amenities you could ask for and it is supplied with everything you need for a luxurious home away from home. My wife is so comfortable there she says that it is her second home...Great area, great condo and incredible escape no matter what time of year.

"My wife and I decided last minute to visit Taos on the way to Albuquerque. Ed responded quickly to our indication of interest in their cottage which helped us make a decision. Upon arrival both Ed and Melissa greeted us. The cottage was fantastic. Had every thing we needed to relax. Melissa is an awesome gardener and encouraged us to help ourselves. She even helped us harvest enough greens and vegies to make an awesome salad. We are glad we decided to make a last minute stop in Taos and would highly recomend Ed and Melissa's cottage. PS: the zucchini bread Melissa made was wonderful."
