"We had a wonderful time. This home is very comfortable and has space for everyone. We stayed for 5 days. Lots of towels were provided and the laundry was wonderful, as we had little ones with us. It needs an extra garbage container, a griddle and some oven mits, but all things considered we were very pleased! We forgot all our needs and worries as we sat in the wonderful hot tub!"

"My wife and I stayed in this condo for two weeks in October and wish we could have stayed longer. Once you get past the remarkable view, which is hard to do, the condo itself is ideal. Very comfortable, fully equipped, excellent location and an easy to deal with owner (of course she is - she's a grandparent lol). Washer/dryer in unit is a big bonus and very much appreciated. Hwy 101 Burger is just around the corner with very tasty burgers and fresh-cut fries. The IGA is another block past that and has everything we needed for the stay. Mo's is within walking distance as well for great seafood. All in all, not only did we enjoy it, we will be back. Thank you Julie."

"We had sooo much fun here!! Everything was perfect! It totally felt like home, and we can't wait to come back! I really like the sandy area out back by the bay. Randy was really easy to get a hold of when we had questions and very nice. My kids loved the bunk beds and loft area."

"This beach house was a perfect size for our extended family. Downstairs bedrooms worked out perfect for the need to have a quieter place for infant and youngsters. The downstairs game room & TV room was perfect on the couple rainy days. Very nice laundry room. Four and a half bathrooms was a great bonus, especially with small kids. Nice bright open kitchen/dining & family room upstairs. Kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities. The beds were clean & very comfortable. The view is of sand dunes & a very tiny shot from kitchen of ocean. No matter, though, just take a short walk over the dunes and you have a fantastic flat beach to enjoy walking/kite flying or "other" activities. Great view of Alsea bridge from front of home. With all of that said..I would agree with a past reviewer that the furniture is getting well worn out in living rm. Also, there are no living room window coverings or shades to cut down the heat & glare. The direct sunlight was very intense, making it almost too warm. The ceiling fan & side windows that opened for a breeze helped. But, the brightness made it hard to watch TV or sit & read. The big side window in the dinette doesn't have any covering either, so you are looking at your neighbors as well as the many people that use the beach access trail between the houses. We encountered a problem figuring out the recycling bin..what is acceptable to throw in? Perhaps a list on the garage wall or interior garage door? Also, we all tried to understand the instruction on the refrigerator that said to wash & dry all towels, yet in the contract it said to make sure towels are placed in laundry room & start one load. With all that being said, it was a great family vacation and this home proved to be more than suitable for our entire family. The location made it ideal for sightseeing many of the Central Oregon coast attractions in Newport, Waldport & Florence. There were plenty of activities for everyone. We all loved it!"
