"We stayed here for a wedding and couldnt be more pleased. Spectacular view, well stocked. The beds were comfy and it was only a short walk to the beach. On the rainy days, we used the board games and puzzles. It was a great vacation and we'd love to go back!"

"We (a group of four friends who teach at the UO) were in dire need of a short vacation. Annie's House was and remains perfect for that. We actually wished we had stayed longer. You cannot beat its location. If you want to stay at the beach, you need to book Annie's House. While we didn't need the glass covered porch, it provides excellent protection from the wind and rain. But we were lucky to have a few sunny and surprisingly warm days at the Oregon coast. So we moved the colorful lounge chairs in front of the porch onto the beach, gazed at the ocean and relaxed all day long. In the evenings we had great conversations and played board games in the comfy living room before utilizing the hot tub. It was great! We also loved the colorful cups and plates making having coffee/tea and wonderful shared meals a lot of fun. Oh, and we all slept so well. Annie's House really feels like home away from home. We were already checking the calendar to find a time to come back. So, it goes without saying that we highly recommend staying at Annie's House! Almost forgot, it was also a pleasure to communicate with Ann. Thank you!"

"We really loved the Oceania house and how close it was to beach access! It was a wonderful trip and the house itself was very comfortable! I would just recommend a very thorough and deep clean, then it would be even better! I would definitely recommend this house for families!:)"

"This cabin was perfect for what we were looking for: a relaxing out-of-the way getaway to celebrate my first week of retirement. I wanted a beachfront cabin with a view of the ocean- so that even if it rained we could sit and read and watch the waves. We lucked out and there was more sun than rain, and we could sit on the deck most days and hear the sounds as well as see a panorama of the ocean. As we were there the week after Spring Break, we had the beach to ourselves. We saw whales every day, and sea lions cavorting in the surf. The cabin itself is what we think a beach cabin should be, a bit funky, but with all the amenities we need, including a small but serviceable kitchen (we love to cook). This will be our new go-to place at the Oregon Coast when we need to get away. I had forgotten how beautiful Cape Perpetua is, and how friendly everyone in Yachats is. There is a sofa bed in the living room for an extra guest, but I can't imagine sharing this space with anyone else but your significant other."
