"We booked this home months ago for a first time visit to the central coast. Peter m was so amazing , accommodating all of our requests. He even offered to replace the mattress in the master as a few reviews stated it was very uncomfortable. The new mattress was so nice!He called us in route to let us know of a road closure and gave us detour directions. I often wondered why this rental only had 11 reviews and now I think I know. I think everyone wants to keep it a secret! It was clean, stocked with all we needed, the layout was perfect for our family of three. We played pool while watching movies, listning to music, cooking and hot tubbing. We were very comfortable. I loved the privacy of the home, although there were neighbors, we didn't see anyone the 7 days we were there.you can't see the other houses anywhere but the very front of the home. The beach a two minute walk, with lots of room for off leash dogs. Hot tub amazing, so cozy and comfortable. There was a market walking distance and crabbing 5 minutes away.Honestly it was perfect. We will definitely be back."

Amazing long weekend with large group. This house was perfect.
"Reserved our dates in May for an October suprise birthday party for my husband. The owners were very easy to work with, super quick in response to any questions helpful and accomodating. Once our dates came we had an amazing time with 17 adults and five children. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Everthing was great. Centrally located to tons of things to do. We went to the Pacific Coast Aquarium, Newport Saturday market, Rouge Brewery, tide pools, Sea Lion Caves and long beach walks and flew kites. Everyone commented multiple times how wonderful it was. Very well appointed kitchen with lots of extras. The only hiccup we had was not checking the propane tank on the BBQ before we needed it. Quick drive into town and $25 later problem solved. Who ever stayed after us got a full one. Already talking about another trip here, maybe a yearly gathering. Stay here, you'll be glad you picked the right place and you'll look like a star."

"We just recently stayed in this beautiful home. Did not want to leave. The home is well-kept, clean (and I am a clean freak), and very comfortable. We had chocolates and a bottle of wine on the counter when we arrived! WOW!
The view from the house and the back deck was amazing. A little chilly in the evening, so take some blankets if you want to sit outside and watch the sunset. The weather in July was a bit windy, but very comfortable. We had one amazing warm day with no wind (got a bit of a sunburn on the beach).
The stairs down to the beach were super easy (just 2 flights). Looked brand new. There was even a bench in the middle of the landings for those who may need to stop and rest.
The beach was not crowded at all. There is a public access very close, but there was not a lot of people on the beach. You could look down the beach at any given time and see less than 5 families spread out. That was very nice.
We brought our dog. She gave the house and beach a definite 5 paws. Loved every second of it. We left behind a doggy float toy to throw in the waves for any future pet pals.
Michelle was wonderful! She was on the spot with anything I asked her. Super friendly. We appreciated working with her.
For any future travelers:
The grocery store in Waldport has an awesome bakery/deli. We bought the best seafood salad and marionberry filled turnovers. They were so good, we bought some on our way home.
Great place to visit would be Newports Historic Bayfront. After you cross over the bridge, watch for signs on the right side of the road. Drive down the the Bayfront and park (you will have to luck into a spot for sure). There are lots of neat little souvenir, candy and even pet shops. Sea Lions hang out down there, so be prepared for a photo-op. You can also buy fresh seafood right off the boat! Don't forget to eat at Mo's. There is a bit of a wait, but good food. There are 2 Mo's. The Annex is right on the water and does not serve any type of deep fried food and the one across the street is not on the water, but serves deep fried food. You can also get your clam chowder to go and sit on the great benches on the pier. There are water dishes for dogs all over the place.
I hesitate to recommend this house only because I am worried that I will not be able to book it again when I want too! We will definitely be back!
Thank you Michelle!"

"Our family really enjoyed this spacious house for our family reunion! There was plenty of room for everybody and the kids loved the toys and games. The owner was great to work with and we are already planning our next trip back."
