"This was a wonderful place to stay in Bend. The home was very comfortable and the location was perfect. The tulips were in full-bloom and couldn't have been more picturesque. We all loved our stay and wished that we could stay longer. Even though we walked everywhere there was more to explore. We're hoping to be back sometime soon."

"We stayed for 3 nights but wished we could've stayed longer. This home was as advertised and more. Everything appeared updated in terms of comfort and furnishings. The curb appeal was one of the nicest on the street. The home was plenty roomy for our family of 4. It was very close to the downtown (walking or riding a few blocks). We accessed bike trails within a few blocks as well. We enjoyed a day trip to the volcanic monument area just south of town. Also visited the Goodys ice cream factory in town, fun for kids. Endless outdoor activities at your fingertips. The owner was always easy to contact and immediately responsive. We rented extra bikes and a child's carrier from a local place that delivered them for free (Life Cycle Bikes). They were great too."

"My husband and I make an annual summer pilgrimage to Bend, and this is our favorite place to stay.
The number one criteria for finding a good rental home is the commitment that the owner has to its guests. This owner fills that description to at "T."
Although the kitchen was lacking a few small household items, he immediately reimbursed us for replacing them. The home was immaculate, clutter-free, and very quiet.
We rode our bikes to downtown Bend, and were just 5-15 minutes away from every possible convenience. The West side includes a vibrant Northwest Crossing community, coffee shops, restaurants, bike trails, Shevlin Park (a treasure), and plenty of upscale grocers.
Appliances and electronics worked very well. We could tell the owners maintained the home nicely.
The home would be totally complete if it had a hot tub. I hope the owner will consider installing one.
Otherwise, this is a GEM. But don't tell anyone! We want to rent it again next year."
