  • Excellent vacation place

"We shared Bonnie's place with another couple. The condo is ideal for this, it offers a shared area, an upper floor w. two bedrooms and a master bedroom on the lower level. The place is equipped with everything (and more) that one could think of, including spices for cooking, paper towels, napkins, detergents, many towels and spare bedding, plenty of dishes and wine glasses - most of it not usually available with rentals. The deck with the BBQ and hot tub is another nice and enjoyable add-on. The area is very peaceful and relaxing. One can go for long walks, use the complex's recreation centers, play golf and watch the deer and the sunset. Within short driving distance there are many stores or places to hike, fish, rock climb, etc. Great location and place for a vacation. Highly recommended."

  • Awesome house!

"We stayed the weekend here & we didn't want to leave. the house is very open, tons of natural light. Very cozy. Kitchen is a great size with stainless appliances. Cul-de-sac is quiet & safe. Easy to find and just minutes from the village. We loved the massive dining table. we played games on one side, ate on the other it was that big. Top queen bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Bottom queen was much firmer, but some people like that. Kids were fine in the smaller room. Also loved the 3 bathrooms. That was a treat for us along with the big hot tub. Can't wait to rent here again!"

  • Restful Getaway

"Comfortable, cozy, clean, well equipped home. I love the natural light in this home. Conveniently located close to mall activities and easy to access Bend or Mt Bachelor. Our family enjoyed the hot-tub and a toasty fire after a day of skiing. Highly recommend this home."

  • Just gemutlich!

"I stayed in this lovely cabin for a week in July with my pets. Mike was a kind and gracious host and very responsive to email and later by phone. The cabin sits on 10 acres in a community with other cabins and some year around residents. It sits about 10 minutes away from Sisters and about 20 minutes to Bend. There are homes on either side of the cabin. The closest home is situated forward on their property while the cabin is situated towards the back so you really can’t see or hear the neighbors. The other home is much further away and can’t be seen. The only thing that is visible is their horse corral. The property is very natural and is enjoyable to stroll in the morning and evenings. The cabin has two levels. The main living area with the kitchen and one bathroom is upstairs to take advantage of the lovely mountain views. There are 16 stairs from the front door up to the upper level. I mention this because the one of the previous review made it sound like it was outrageous and that’s not the case. The upstairs is very cozy with a TV and lots of games. The house is situated east to west so you can watch a lovely sunrise and beautiful sunsets. There are windows on all sides of the upper level with screens and a large slider to the amazing deck. There were NO bugs at all except an occasionally month. It was so comfortable; I almost never closed the door. My dogs enjoyed going in and out onto the deck during the heat of the day. They also enjoyed watching the jackrabbits and chipmunks. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, mixers and other things making it really pleasant and easy to cook. Only need to bring the groceries. The bedrooms are on the lower level with the outdoor shower and a half bath. It was always cool and comfortable down there during our stay. It was in the 90s on multiple days. There is also a washer and dryer on this level. The backdoor opens out to the outdoor shower and hot tub. My week’s stay at this cabin was restful and very enjoyable. I think it’s a great place for a weekend retreat or a base for exploring Bend, Sisters and the surrounding area. Mike is most helpful. If you are looking for a comfortable home away from home, this cabin is it."
