Pine Mountain #4 proved to be a wonderful family vacation spot
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Pine Mountain #4 with its three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and extra bunks and family room provided a perfect space for our family of six adults and two children. Sunset Lodging staff was wonderful to work with, and all 8 unlimited SHARC passes were used five of the seven days of our stay. The bikes were a plus. The house was neat and tidy with adequate kitchenware and dining room space, and its proximity to the bike path and roadway made it a perfect place. We will request this home another time."

"Our family of 5 stayed here for what was our best vacation ever. Honestly the only thing that would have been better was another week. It is easy to access trails from this home, the Village and the SHARC are close, and Ft Rock Park is just a minute away. The home is clean, warm, and fully loaded. We appreciated the extra bikes as getting our tandem around with a trailer was cumbersome. Kellie was easy to work with and we look forward to coming again next year."

"You couldn't ask for a nicer house - ideal for families, ours was 7 people including a young adult, a 7 and a 3 years old, Grandma, Aunty and us 2. Everyone had a great time.
The sunroom was my favorite, the kids loved the free SHARC passes, we loved the hot tub.
The house is simply beautiful, very well equipped, lots of space not to step on each other's toes :)
The beds are very comfortable, no cheap mattresses.
We didn't use the bikes as our 3 years old wanted to ride her own :) but there are plenty of bikes for all ages.
My favorite? seating outside at 6am and watching deer grazing 20ft from me.
Downside? none, well maybe a squirrel screaming "shoo, go away" until you actually leave the back porch lol - very cute though.
The owner communicates and questions are answered quickly.

"We recently spent a funfilled vacation at this home. We were a group of fourteen and a dog; the house was perfect. A friendly, comfortable home without being pretentious - everything works and is good conditions! The kitchen countertops were newly remodeled and everyone enjoyed the meals we were able to create. Plenty of room inside and out. The ping pong table in the loft was a hit but the huge back yard with all the hills and rocks was enjoyed by the teens too. Just an easy up and over to Fort Rock. Plenty of Sharc passes too. John was very easy to work with and quick to answer any question and all comments. We were in Sunriver when the weather was super hot and John quickly instructed us how to keep the house comfortable all day. But, I guess the highest praise is we WILL rent again in a heartbeat when we next stay in Sunriver as a family group!"
