4th of July Spectacular 2015!
"This was a perfect fit condo for our family with a perfect fit location. Bike/walk to the Village, the Lodge. This condo would be perfect for a larger family than ours but felt so comfortable for the three of us. The day we left we began discussions about our next trip back! Biking, rafting, Mountain Biking, Waterfalls, Golf, Live music at the Lodge, the Village. Something for everyone! In six nights there was not one item that we felt we were missing during our stay. We were with three other families who stayed in other locations. Their rentals were dirty when they arrived. Not ours! Walked to the Village at night for dinner and felt completely safe during our walk home. Thank you for sharing your home!"

"My family & I stayed here & thoroughly enjoyed it! The home was nicely updated throughout, and was the perfect floorplan. We also enjoyed where it was located to everything, and it was on a very quiet road."

"We recently spent a funfilled vacation at this home. We were a group of fourteen and a dog; the house was perfect. A friendly, comfortable home without being pretentious - everything works and is good conditions! The kitchen countertops were newly remodeled and everyone enjoyed the meals we were able to create. Plenty of room inside and out. The ping pong table in the loft was a hit but the huge back yard with all the hills and rocks was enjoyed by the teens too. Just an easy up and over to Fort Rock. Plenty of Sharc passes too. John was very easy to work with and quick to answer any question and all comments. We were in Sunriver when the weather was super hot and John quickly instructed us how to keep the house comfortable all day. But, I guess the highest praise is we WILL rent again in a heartbeat when we next stay in Sunriver as a family group!"

"Our family had a wonderful time in Sunriver. Our family gets together each summer in a generally central location. We've met in Tahoe, Shasta, the Redwoods, Santa Cruz, the Wallowas, to name a few. We all agreed this year's gathering was the most enjoyable. Just so much variety for everyone - golfing, fishing, hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming, sightseeing, even shopping (in nearby Bend). We really appreciated the bicycles, SHARC passes and large hot tub and deck. The two master bedrooms were an extra bonus. When we arrived, the check-in was fast and simple, the house was spotless and everything was where it was supposed to be per the agreement. The towels in the bathrooms were folded as if for a hotel, which was a really nice touch. Two in our party were senior citizens, so we intentionally chose a single level home with as few stairs as possible. The wildlife was a great treat. The deer just pass right by you as if you're one of them. Each evening a covey of quail would run through the back yard as we sat on the deck.
The homeowner was very easy to work with and responded to inquiries right away. We do plan to return to Sunriver and, hopefully, to this house."
