"Our family has stayed at this beautiful house 3 times in the past 1.5 years, and it will continue to be our go-to when we visit Sunriver. Great location, all the amenities you could want, totally spotless, and a perfect layout for our family. Upstairs, there is a beautifully updated and open concept kitchen that is great for entertaining and visiting with family and friends. The kitchen has everything we need for our stay (pots and pans, utensils, coffee pot, tea pot, etc.). There is a HUGE dining table that is great for our meals but also for family game nights (lots of board games are stocked in the main floor closet off the living room). The master bedroom is upstairs, and has a large bathroom, walk-in closet, and small deck. My husband and I have never stayed in that room as we have always come with other guests and downstairs works best for us with our children, but the guests we have traveled with have always loved the room. Downstairs, there are 2 other bedrooms: one with a comfortable queen bed (where my husband and I stay), and another with 2 sets of bunk beds...perfect for our children and their friends who have stayed with us. Both of these rooms have their own double-vanity bathrooms as well. We also love the outdoor space: a beautiful, large deck with a patio table and umbrella, lounge chairs, and a picnic table, PLUS the hot tub and a foosball table. During our most recent stay in August 2015, we visited the Cove for the first time...it's amazing! We actually prefer it to the Sharc. It's quieter and has more of a tropical vacation feel...right down to the music and the food/beverage delivered to your lounge chairs! As another recent reviewer stated, sometimes in the busy summer months all of the houses in the Sunriver Resort area have the potential of having a slightly later check in, but we usually spend our check-in afternoon in the Old Mill district or in the Sunriver Village area and have never had an issue getting into the house when we were ready to."
