The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Mink #4 worked well for my large group (16) of family and friends. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was spacious enough that we didn't feel crowded. I had some concerns about train noise, it turned out to be a non-issue. The grill and some of the appliances could use some updating.
Manager responded on 7/14/2015:
Thank you for this information, Jennifer! We always love hearing about successful group trips and family time. Our company is family owned, and we work hard to be sure all of our Sunriver families have fun, big or small. Glad the train didn't cause any inconvenience and we'll add the grill and appliances to a yearly review list that we do with our owners. Hurry back, Jennifer - we want to be your home away from home."

"I've been to SunRiver many times and this is by far the best house I've stayed at. Loved it. We're planning to come back next year and stay a week. Very little clean-up to do before departure as well. Thank you!"

"We had two teenage boys with us who can be very difficult to engage. We enjoyed the Nature Reserve and may have been able to enjoy SHARC if the outdoor activities were open. They were looking forward to the bumper cars, but they weren't open either. We were also considering playing horse shoes at Fort Rock Park but there weren't any horse shoes there. We also struggled with some of the bike paths being closed."
