"We had a great time at the cabin and will definitely look for it to be available next time we visit Sunriver. It is a great place for families! Pros/Highlights: * VERY clean, comfy, includes wi-fi that is actually fast (not like some places we've rented where the wi-fi is shared by several units and slow as molasses.) * Well-stocked kitchen, including toddler/kids plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. * The loft area with bunk beds (located upstairs outside the second bedroom) is a great place for the kids to sleep. * We loved having the pool nearby. It is heated, runs from a depth of 3 ft. to 9 ft., and well-shaded in the late afternoon. It is a private pool for use by ranch cabin guests, so it was never overcrowded. * Lots of grassy common areas for the kiddos to run around on. * The way the cabins are situated makes it feel very private. * We didn't have a chance to use the bikes, but they looked like they would have been fun! * We were notified before we arrived that the stove had gone out and was scheduled for repair the day after our arrival. Upon arrival we found that an electric double-burner unit had been set up - it looked like this had just been purchased (the box was in the garbage.) The management did a great job of communicating the issue to us and we appreciated them providing the burner unit. Things to know: (I don't want to list these as "cons" because they really weren't a big deal. Just info I think would be helpful.) * There is one bathroom downstairs, accessible only through the master bedroom. The other bathroom is upstairs and is extremely small. This wasn't a big deal for us (4 adults and 1 kid, all family.) It might be a bit of an issue if you are not vacationing with close family/friends. * No A/C (we knew this) and the upstairs has only 2 small windows that can be opened. We had pretty mild weather, so we didn't have any problems. If you are planning a vacation during hot weather, you may want to inquire if fans are available. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this property for 4 adults plus a kid or two. More than that and you might feel a bit cramped - unless you really like each other. ;) Looking forward to our next visit!"Guest: Monroe Family Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 11, 2014View listing
"We had never been to Sunriver and were looking for a home to accommodate 12. This house was superb for our needs. It is so roomy and so bright. The windows bring the outside in. There are many ski lights that also add to the open and brightness of this home. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us and our dog. The kitchen is large and many people can make lunch at the same time. The furniture and beds were also comfortable. I don't think pictures can capture the essences of this home. The large TV was great for football and our traditional Wii bowling tournament ( we bring our own wii). The home comes with SHARC passes. The outdoor part of the recreation center was closed but we still had a wonderful time inside. The village was a big hit also. No house is complete though without a good rental company. We have been renting vacation homes for over 10 years. There are companies that have many homes but offer terrible service. We won't rent from them. This company was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. We are going home today but have already planned on renting this home again next year. This time, when the SHARC outside is open. Don't hesitate to rent this home or from this company."Guest: Debby M. Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 12, 2014View listing
"Pictures and description were accurate. We especially liked that each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. We liked that we could use the garage...we stored our canoe and bikes in there. The location is good and there was plenty of parking. The house was clean and stocked with the basics. We would definitely stay there again."Guest: Marsha Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 31, 2014View listing
"Very nice house, upgraded and clean. Close to anything you want to see. The village, marina, SHARC, and the stables are a quick bike ride away. The tennis courts and park are right down the bike path (or street) for the kids or adults. Very peaceful and quiet place. Whenever we take the grandkids to Sunriver we will look first to see if this is available."Guest: WASchultz Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 15, 2014View listing
