"We definitely were lucky with January weather--sunny and clear with low 20's at night and mid 30's during the day. Great house and the surrounding terrain was very beautiful. The deer came right up to the back porch each morning and we sat in the hot tub at night watching the moon and the stars. We skied Anthony Lakes for two sunny days and went on a drive to Joseph another--we will be back and appreciate all that the owners have done to make you feel at home!! "Our choice to stay at the Palmer House, "Gracie" turned out to be the perfect space. What a wonderfully bright clean place with big rooms to spread out and cosy sitting areas to relax. Loved coming home after a delightful ski at Anthony. Plus only a few blocks to walk to the brewery for dinner, and wine bar. And if you dig on kitchen stores you won't want to miss the one downtown. We give "Gracie" an easy 5 stars for comfort, location and cleanliness. Can't wait to come back and stay again."

"We had a lovely week at the Bogarts' Bed & Breakfast. Patty and Mark were wonderful hosts. We had a yummy breakfast our first morning there, it was sooo good. We traveled all the back byways and were glad to get back to our "Baker City" home each evening. We didn't see any wild life in our travels except for the squirrels in their beautiful back yard, and a family of quails that live somewhere close to their yard. They were fun to watch. If our travels take us back to Eastern Oregon, we know where we will stay."
