"Spacious kitchen, dining and living areas. Lovely porch that looks onto the meadow beyond which is the Salmon River. Horseshoes, ping pong, climbing wall and fusbal to entertain. Great stargazing from the meadow, but take a quarter mile walk to the nearby golf course for a knockout expanse of stars. Well-stocked kitchen makes cooking really easy. Medium-sized grocery store nearby with good quality choices."

"We really enjoyed the location, close to a lot of hiking and Mt. Hood. Clean, cozy and equip with everything you could want. Touch and go cell and wifi, so not a good place if you have business - because you'll have to take a drive. I know, who works on vacation... The river within walking distance down the gravel road was a nice after dinner treat with a glass of wine, the hot tub was amazing and it was pretty quite expect for the neighbors barking dog. The living room was very comfortable, large dining table and nice outdoor seating. Oh, and I agree the steps leading upstairs are a bit precarious! Overall very comfortable and matches the pictures well. I would stay here again!"

"Natasha's cabin was a perfect weekend getaway for me and my family. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed. It is also located in a great spot - close to downtown government camp, but isolated at the same time. We look forward to staying there again in the future."

"This is the perfect house with a great host. It is almost better than home. Kim was very personable and accommodating. She was available by phone to answer our questions and she had great suggestions on places to visit. There is a basket with tons of information about the area so you are well informed on all there is to see and do. All 9 in our party were comfortable and each found a spot to relax. The location is perfect for teenagers to walk to shops, get ice-cream, go to the water's edge or enjoy great food. The area is so safe. The house is well maintained it looks like a set from a movie. The closets are well stocked with blankets, extra pillows and towels. We enjoyed walking to the movies and the brewery. There are tons of great coffee shops and wineries. The loft is a great addition and a fun spot to retreat too. If you have any doubt about renting, just look at the calendar. This house stays rented. When we return to Hood River, this is the only place we will stay."
