"This location is such an awesome place, I could probably live there! We were taken aback by how beautiful the back yard is. It is a park like setting on the river and wished we wouldn't have planned to go and do mountain activities during the day as we could have stayed at the house and played yard games. The advertisements don't do this place justice! It was the perfect picturesque 'cabins in the woods' and everyone had a great time! Thank you so much for opening this beautiful place up to the general public. It is an experience we won't forget!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much! The cabin is as described and has very comfortable livingroom seating areas with a very nice rustic fireplace as well as a potbelly gas fireplace, which kept the cabin warm, and the beds were very comfortable. There was WiFi and hot tub, which we enjoyed. Although, it is located in a little congested neighborhood area; my reason for rating 4stars; there were several rundown homes very close to the cabin and the gravel road to reach the cabin was a little ruff. Not things the owner would be responsible for, but worth mentioning, because we were surprised when we first pulled into the area where the cabin was situated. We'd assumed it would be situated in an area of its own. Nonetheless, it still was pleasant and quiet, and we weren't bothered. We had six adults in our group, and we had plenty of room. Our purpose for staying in the area was to go snowboarding. It took us about 20 mins from the cabin to Timberline Lodge and there were several places to eat and buy last minute supplies, etc. We had all our meals at the cabin; it had a fully stocked kitchen with very nice cooking essentials and pots and pans. We had some very last minute changes and the owner was very accommodating and very responsive to emails & messages. In fact, she was outstanding! We would definitely stay there again."

"Pat's home is absolutely stunning. Very well stocked with everything you could need. The best part of the home is the deck/patio with breathtaking views of Mt Hood & Mt Adams and the surrounding pear orchids. I couldn't have been happier with this home."
