  • Without a Doubt...THE BEST

"I am a 67 year old married man who was raised in Portland, Oregon and spent many summers up and down the Oregon Coast staying at numerous rentals. My wife and I spent 8 wonderful days at the best rental I've ever stayed at over the years. The view is unsurpassed with the floor to ceiling windows and even better from the deck. These owners have thought of every need and then some. The place was immaculate, even the huge gas BBQ was clean as a whistle. Ideally situated between Manzanita and Cannon Beach...a little farther to Seaside. Beds were extremely comfortable. Access to the beach is down some steps and wooded path...not recommended for people with mobility issues but we had no problem...just take one or two breaks on the way back up to the cabin. Two bathrooms each with a shower so more than one person can shower at a time which we did with plenty of hot water to spare. Gordon, an owner, was great. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this rental. You will fall in love with its ambiance."

  • Beautiful Arch Cape

"The listing description and pictures are accurate, the kitchen is extremely well stocked although if you want a tea kettle bring your own, memory foam beds were very comfy. The property is situated close to the highway so on a busy day/evening don't expect to listen to just the roar of the sea. Arch Cape beach is beautiful, experienced some beautiful sunsets and great at low tide for exploring rock pools and the coastline, few people in September. Bears visited in the night and had the pleasure of clearing up previous guests garbage so be warned! The owner was very slow in answering questions and sending out information following the booking and apparently will take a month to refund the damage deposit so be prepared to be patient and there was no booking contract as such."

  • Magical view

"My husband and I LOVED our stay at this Falcon Cove beach house. The views never end. We picked wild blackberries in the woods at the front of the home, took beach walks at low tide, and enjoyed hiking in nearby state parks, but mostly we enjoyed the views. The owner is very helpful and friendly via phone and emails. The house itself is very clean and user friendly. It is better in person than in the photos. There are two queen Murphy beds downstairs, and one that we used was particularly comfortable. We also used the upstairs queen. The kitchen is well-equipped. The owner even had provided laundry detergent and coffee and many board games for use. Note that the beach access is limited during high tide. Also not that young children would need to be closely watched outside as the deck overhangs a cliff above the ocean. The house is a 10 minute drive from a small but well-stocked grocery store in Manzanita."

  • The best!

"Absolutely one of the most comfortable, welcoming homes we have stayed in! We lacked nothing, felt totally welcomed and peaceful. The "Little caper" fit the needs of my daughter and her 14 month old perfectly! Everything from the moment we drove up to the time we left was delightful! The beach is a short walk from the house, calm and practically deserted. The booster chair was a hit, the beds very comfy and the kitchen very well equipped. Bless you Michele for letting our little family find some much needed rest and relaxation."
