Freat Find on the Oregon Coast
"SeaBreeze is a great place for family get togethers. We were a party of 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 well behaved dog. SeaBreeze fit our needs perfectly. SeaBreeze is surrounded by tall trees on the rear side, yet the balcony and front-facing windows all have ocean views. We were most pleased that well behaved dogs were welcome; the owner has even set aside some dog-towels to dry any paws that did not get dried on the walk up from the beach.
Somewhere I saw some commentary that the beaches were small and difficult to access. Our experience was quite the opposite Looking at the beach from the water, the beach was easily a mile long – at anytime of the day. There are 3 access paths to the beach, one of which is very easy.
If you have time, we recommend you go a few miles south from Arch Cape. The town of Manzanita is quaint and worth visiting. And go a little further to the fishing and timber town of Garibaldi. You can get fresh fish and crab right off the boats in Garibaldi.
The only downside we encountered was the resort-style food that seems to be prevalent in the coastal area. We are sure there is fine cuisine to be had in this area; we just did not find it.
All in all, SeaBreeze is a great place to stay."

"This home is such a great place to stay in Cannon Beach. The location of the house is close enough to the beach and a short walk to all of the the Cannon Beach stores, cafes and restaurants that you can arrive within an hour from Portland, park your car and enjoy all that Cannon Beach has to offer. The house has a great layout with the 3 bedrooms downstairs and a great kitchen and living room upstairs. The light from the outside and smell of the ocean with the windows open make it a relaxing getaway. Ecola State Park is a short drive away ( 10 minutes) with some of the best hiking on the Oregon Coast. Indian Beach at Ecola is where the pirate ship scene in the Goonies was filmed. We love staying at this house in Cannon Beach and look forward to many more relaxing nights on the coast."

"We came here from Louisiana not knowing much about the area. Arch Cape for us was perfect. It was not crowded, but you are close to Cannon beach and Manzanita for supplies or dining. If you like to hike (which we do) there are some great trails nearby at Oswald State Park with old growth forests and spectacular views of the Pacific ocean. The house is great and is very well supplied. It is right on the beach with great views. You can't go wrong here."

"My wife and I stayed at the Bonnie Nook for 5 nights at the end of May, and it was perfect! Exactly what we wanted for a relaxing Beach Getaway. The location was just right - we walked to the beach every day, an easy 1 1/2 block walk right down the street, even carrying our beach chairs and picnic supplies. And we walked to town several times too. The town of Cannon Beach is very walkable - our favorite destination on the Oregon coast. The house had everything we needed. It's surprising how many beds it has. It doesn't look that big on the outside, but it could easily accommodate a larger group comfortably. The back patio was wonderful, as was the fireplace. Everything worked well, and it was very clean. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much!"
