"We had a great time at this spacious and warm apartment. My two young kids enjoyed playing in big living room and making marshmallows in cozy fireplace. We loved the view, and how warm and quiet this apartment is. Beach time was the best, with all these agates found in low tides, surfing and diving, playing with waves and sand and enjoying bonfires.
I also loved that kitchen had everything I needed for cooking!
Everyone of us found something special to do at this location and we really loved the time we spent there. We will certainly come back soon."

"SeaBreeze is a great place for family get togethers. We were a party of 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 well behaved dog. SeaBreeze fit our needs perfectly. SeaBreeze is surrounded by tall trees on the rear side, yet the balcony and front-facing windows all have ocean views. We were most pleased that well behaved dogs were welcome; the owner has even set aside some dog-towels to dry any paws that did not get dried on the walk up from the beach.
Somewhere I saw some commentary that the beaches were small and difficult to access. Our experience was quite the opposite Looking at the beach from the water, the beach was easily a mile long – at anytime of the day. There are 3 access paths to the beach, one of which is very easy.
If you have time, we recommend you go a few miles south from Arch Cape. The town of Manzanita is quaint and worth visiting. And go a little further to the fishing and timber town of Garibaldi. You can get fresh fish and crab right off the boats in Garibaldi.
The only downside we encountered was the resort-style food that seems to be prevalent in the coastal area. We are sure there is fine cuisine to be had in this area; we just did not find it.
All in all, SeaBreeze is a great place to stay."

"This house is amazing! Great views and tucked in a cool little enclave in the dunes. House was extremely clean and comfortable and very well stocked with anything you might need from kitchen stuff to beach supplies. Hot tub was clean and worked great. Brian the owner was very helpful and prompt. We had a great weekend! Will definitely rent again. Thank you Brian! (It is pretty steep getting down to the beach, which was great fun for us, but if you can't or won't climb up huge sand dunes, this is not the place for you)"

"This vacation home is in a great location and provides a wonderful Oregon coastal experience. There are many things to do and all kinds of wildlife to see. We saw elk, salamanders, an eagle, all kinds of birds, sea anemone, crabs and found many sand dollars. My entire family enjoyed the kayaks and canoe. We were in them multiple times each day. We walked the wide, expansive beach and climbed the rocks toward the south to discover tide pools. The layout of the home is very nice. The small beach community lends itself to relaxation. Our biggest problem with this home was the poor overall maintenance. I had read about some problems in previous reviews hoping that things had been corrected. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We found many issues throughout our stay and they all were because of poor maintenance of the home. The carpet was stained, the closets were stuffed with "stuff", some things did not work, the canoe seats were broken, and the range did not work well. We worked through all of this and readjusted, but all of these and more point back to poor overall maintenance. I would recommend this property because of its location and the Coastal experience, but be prepared for a more "worn" home than what you might expect."
