"Speechless about the view. Fully stocked kitchen and linens. Great for families. Kids loved the hot tub, beach and media room. Quick walk into town."

"Great house. Very well outfitted. Extremely well outfitted! Very nicely furnished. Great location. Really nothing bad I can say about it. Master bathroom was a bit small, but that's not a huge knock on this house. It's positives far exceed anything we expected. Really had a fun time."

"Let me start by saying we've been coming to Manzanita on a regular basis for almost 12 years, but this was our first visit to this property. I typically book my lodging 6 mos in advance, however, a "last minute" decision to take a road trip to the coast had me frantically searching 4-6 weeks prior to our trip....which can be disastrous in this popular destination. I had a few reasonable VRBO choices and was torn between this home and another closer to town, but a little farther from the beach. Let me say I am EXTREMELY happy with my decision (and I even did a drive-by of my other option to confirm this). My husband and I were traveling with our 3 boys, ages 3-11. If you think indoor activities like foosball and basketball won't matter on a beach trip, think again. After the sun went down, my boys were enthralled with their own private basement "apartment" with all of the comforts (and then some) of home. My mother was able to comfortably relax in her room on the middle level, while my husband and I had the upper level to ourselves. While the home is a bit farther from town (2-3 min drive or 20 min beach walk) it is literally a stone's throw from the dune path to the beach (I think even closer than pictures depict). There were fun board games and even a tub of legos for my 3 year old. We also had peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the upper balcony which was a nice surprise. The property was immaculate and the location fantastic. There are plenty of stairs in this floor plan, so if mobility is an issue this may not be the right choice. It was, however, the PERFECT choice for my family, and my only regret is the limited time I was able to spend there! Hoping to return..."

"This house gave us everything we could dream of. Across the street to wide beautiful beaches or a few steps around the corner to all the little cafes and shops of Manzanita. We were two couples with some Portland family just coming over for day visits on the weekend. We easily managed barbecues for 10 with the well appointed kitchen and lots of dishes and all the tools you might need. The kitchen was well stocked with all the little condiments to encourage fun cooking. And the house has extremely comfortable beds and relaxing and well furnished living room. In all, a dream vacation housel"
