The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Five problems. The front door lock mechanism sticks, so we could not initially enter. Neither of the downstairs mini refrigerators were operable (one needed defrosting). The unit is probably great for kids, but lacks some adult stuff...like stemmed glass wine glasses, a cork screw that works, a pepper mill, and an array of spices. None of the close by restaurants have good ratings (they were fine for lunch), so we ate dinner in a lot. Most condo's in this upper end range have a wider array of cooking/eating in stuff in the kitchen. We went to Kelly's and caught a ton of dungess crabs, and the condo had everything needed to serve and eat them except for anything to put the melted butter in. The worst problem is there are no chest of drawers nor adequate shelving in the bedroom closets. So you basically have to live out of your suitcase. The closets are large, they need shelving in them. The TV was hit or miss. It was hard to turn it on, at the end it did not come on at all. When it is working, the picture and sound are fabulous."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The location was amazing! We saw whales and loved walking the beach and finding so much life in the tide pools. The house needs some TLC...the small sofa in living room is ripped to shreds...literally. The bathroom situation was a problem. 10 People with 2 bathrooms, one being located in the master bedroom and has no door, so really unusable for those not staying in the master. Also the shower door in the master is completely unhinged and is falling out, very dangerous. The hot tub cover is almost impossible to lift...needs to replaced. The bedrooms were very nice and the location is unbelievable. Over all, we had a blast!"

"Our extended family of 7, mom, dad, three children, grandma, and grandpa, had another wonderful stay at this beach house. The house is amazing, not only for it's location, but also for the layout and "feel" of the house. The main floor, with massive windows looking west toward the ocean, is where you will spend most of your INDOOR time. That is where the fully stocked kitchen (cooking implements), huge dining table, fire place, couches, and chairs are. (The skylights add their own special ambiance through the day). You will not spend much indoor time as there is a deck that is high enough that adults get a great view of the ocean plus the sound of the waves while the kids enjoy their your own personal sand lot (big). Then, you all follow the short path from the house down to the BEACH. If you have young kids, head down at LOW tide. The beach has tons of tide pools for them to run and splash in (water in Pacific Ocean COLD...buy them wet suits) and watch the fun. Regretfully, highly recommend this home because once the word gets out it will be harder for my family to book trip number 4..."
