  • Relaxing and rejuvenating

"Lucky enough to have a sunny February weekend, we witnessed perfect clamming conditions, great sunsets and beautiful outdoor vistas. This property is the perfect gem for a family outing to the coast. We enjoyed every amenity: the hot tub, the pool table, the upstairs deck and the kitchen. There were some additional treats of movies and a puzzle, as well. Thanks for sharing your property!"

  • Perfect place, perfect weather

"This was an exploratory trip to check out Netarts for an annual "Girls Getaway" and kayaking. The house was great, access to the water was just steps away. Hauling the kayaks was a bit cumbersome, but manageable. It was a very relaxing time. Only suggestion I could make would be to have some living area floor lamps. Right now it's hard to sit on the couch in the evenings and read a book!! A delightful time, we'll be back if we decide that Netarts is the place for the next "Girls Getaway"."

  • Very Comfortable

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Netarts. Our Kids and grand daughter came over from Portland and spent some of the days with us. This roomy house provided the space to accommodate all of us.The information folder in the house is the BEST we have ever seen... a clear demonstration of the owners' caring that we have a good experience in their rental home. The drive into Tillamook was easy to make for groceries and other needs. This location was a great central spot from which we went north, east, south to take in and enjoy Oregaon's northern coast. We highly recommend the steam engine train ride from Girabaldy to Rockaway. You can drive it much faster (and we did), but you can experience so much more on the train! We are certain to return to this location AND this wonderful home."

  • We Didn't Dig Clams, but We Sure Dug the Location!

"If you are looking for thundering surf, crashing outside your bedroom window, this is not the rental for you! If you desire peaceful serenity, surrounded by breath-taking natural beauty, look no more. You have found it! Set in a forest, on a bank overlooking Netarts Bay, this is one of the most comfortable and fascinating rentals we have ever stayed in. We were here for ten days in late February, and we had great fun, exploring the entire Three Capes area. The house is very well-equipped. However, it would be nice to have a television on a wall in the living room. As it is, the only TV is in the main-floor bedroom, and unless you want to go to bed to watch TV, there is no comfortable spot for viewing. The bench provided is probably okay for kids, but certainly not for adults. Also, to afford better privacy when someone is using the suite above the garage, there should be coverings on the adjacent windows. Otherwise, we were so content and mesmerized, watching the ever-changing views of the bay - the shifting light and tides, the waterfowl activity, the oyster pickers and clam diggers - we felt we'd like to stay for ever. A memory to cherish! And we do thank the owners and Vacasa for that!"
