"Stayed last weekend with a group of 10 (6 adults, 2 kids, 2 teens, 2 dogs). Interior is nicely decorated and furnished, pictures actually don't do it justice. There was plenty of room for everyone, various spaces for privacy and everyone was happy with comfort of beds. Kitchen was adequate and had plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Huge dining table with seating for at least 12, plus barstools. Nice fridge with ice maker/water and the additional fridge space downstairs came in very handy. Plenty of towels and linens, access to cleaning supplies. Huge parking area which worked out for our many vehicles including large trucks and a boat. Several people enjoyed the binoculars and telescope, and the tide clock was super handy. Wood stove was fabulous (bring your own wood).
Just a few cons: some minor housekeeping issues and the fact that every storage space in almost every bedroom is locked up (there is no place to put anything but on floor or bed). Perhaps an extra small dresser or armoire for guests would be helpful. Also, most of the rentals I've stayed in had at least rudimentary pantry items for guests: sugar, oil, cheap coffee, spices, foil, plastic wrap-- there was salt and pepper and that's about it.
Regarding a previous review, there were bbq tools in one of the drawers. Didn't use the charcoal grill but based on reviews had brought our own gas grill.
Great spot for a large group."

"We love staying at this lovely VRBO unit. Candie is the best to work with. The unit is well furnished, very clean and has a great view. It feels comfortable, like coming home to an old friend, but the decor reminds you that you are on vacation. We love the view from the deck and love seeing the wildlife you can spot. We have stayed three times and will continue to use it in the future. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Everything you need is there. If you forget something or need something that is not there, Candie is just a phone call away! The elevator makes coming and going easy. The beach is convenient, with access right across the street. It is never crowded and boasts a nice clam population- just right for dinner. Schooner's Restaurant is one of our favorite places to eat and is just down the road. You are only 8 miles from Tillamook so shopping and supplies are close and you must visit the Cheese Factory as well as Blue Heron Cheese. Three capes drive is close, light houses to view as well. Great opportunities for picture taking. Book with CONFIDENCE!"

"Enjoyed our stay at this house. Location is good, with easy beach access. Great room is nice and has a good view. Porch was good, though not as sheltered as the descriptions suggested, at least when we were there. House layout is kinda funky but works. The house really does get tons of light, which is great, except when you want to go to bed early or sleep late. Both were tough in the bedroom with the skylight, and would be same on the pullout couch. Bring eyeshades! And keep it in mind if you have little kids who can't use eyeshades and are prone to rising early (we did) - only one room can be darkened effectively. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. Lots of helpful notes from the owners, who are lovely and very helpful people from our interactions with them. And little things like a basket with spare toiletries, backpacks packed in case of true emergency, and kid sand toys were nice touches."

"This was an exploratory trip to check out Netarts for an annual "Girls Getaway" and kayaking. The house was great, access to the water was just steps away. Hauling the kayaks was a bit cumbersome, but manageable. It was a very relaxing time. Only suggestion I could make would be to have some living area floor lamps. Right now it's hard to sit on the couch in the evenings and read a book!! A delightful time, we'll be back if we decide that Netarts is the place for the next "Girls Getaway"."
