Cute, Cozy, Spiders
"I just got back from spending a week at this cute little place. It was adorable and cozy. The upstairs loft had three beds and downstairs had one bedroom, a laundry room and a bathroom. The bathroom's toilet paper holder was broken and on the floor, but nothing we couldn't work with. The beach was a short walk away and absolutely breathtaking! There was also a little market walking distance. Tillamook was only about 10-15 minutes away and there was a lot of great stuff over there. This was a great place to get away and relax. The little TV (with built in DVD player) was great as well. My only problem was the massive amount of spiders and webs in pretty much every window and door. I didn't want to open any screenless windows or go out the back door because of them. There were cob-webs in the high windows (which were not a big deal - too high to really care). Overall, this place was cute and comfortable. Perfect for a little getaway. Also, about 35 minutes away was an awesome boating/crabbing place called Kelly's Marina. I've never been crabbing in my life, but thought I'd live a little and try. IT WAS AWESOME! Highly recommend that place. Couldn't have been easier! 2 hours and plenty of screams later, we caught 5 big boys! Super fun."

"Great vacation house, well stocked kitchen for a thanksgiving feast. Beautiful property lots of great walking, hiking trails nearby, crabbing in the bay as well. Great oyster place just a little ways down the road to buy fresh oysters. There were 8 adults that stayed here and we had plenty of room to eat and play games downstairs, however if it's raining sideways like it was for 3 days, the only place to watch football or a movie was up in the loft and there is only one couch, no chairs and no food or beverage allowed up there. It was not easy for 8 adults to watch tv, I would suggest the owner get a couple of sofas as there was plenty of room for them. Also would have been nice to have a coffee table in the downstairs living room. If the weather had been nicer I guess we wouldn't have needed those amenities but hey it's the Oregon coast, it rains..."

"My family was looking for a place affordable and close to where kids can have plenty of outdoor fun. What we found at David's home is ideal. The home is tidy and comfortable. Netarts bay is minutes away and my kids had a blast with clam digging (hunting is also part of the fun). Nehalem bay which is about haft hour away has fresh-cook crabs and boat rental for crabbing which we did. Had a wonderful vacation. Highly recommended."

"Moonsail was perfect for our annual group outing for fishing and crabbing at the coast. We had 12 adults and it worked out very well. I was leery about the parking because I was bringing a suburban with a 21' jet sled, but was able to park both across the front of the house and also was able to back into the center bay and not stick out into the road. The house had great amenities and the TV and sound system was awesome. We liked the location to Netarts bay for crabbing and for salmon fishing in Tillamook. The house was clean, the rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the view is awesome. The only thing we wish it had was a hot tub, but we survived! :) The stairs to get to the main level can get old, but after you're settled in, it's not bad. I would recommend this house to anyone and I would stay there again."
