  • Perfect and lovely beach getaway

"This was our second time staying in the Nedonna Shores area of Rockaway Beach, and our first time at Nedonna Views. Hopefully it's only the first of many visits! The condo is a lovely and tastefully appointed space; clean, modern, and full of nice touches like radiant heat flooring, indulgent sheets, and plenty of extra towels. It's situated in a great area of Rockaway Beach, with no neighbors to the north leaving plenty of quiet beach space on which to roam. The rear of the building (and the unit) is close to Hwy 101, but the view from the front windows makes you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere: just trees, sand, and the ocean. The beds were very comfortable, the huge couch is perfect for lounging, and the bathrooms are nice enough to make you feel pampered (huge glassed-in showers and a large soaking tub in the master bath as well). The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need, including an assortment of decent cookware and the important little things like a corkscrew and can opener. Everything was clean and well-prepared for our stay, and management was speedy and immediate in response at every point (pre- and during). A big plus for anyone with accessibility concerns: there is an elevator that takes you right to the unit, so you don't have to navigate stairs at all to get in. We are already trying to plan our next visit; I prefer staying in uncluttered, more modern-feeling environs and that can be hard to find at the beach. This is perfect for one or two couples, since the bathrooms make sharing space easier. Our dog had a great time not only running on the beach but looking out the floor-to-ceiling window the rest of the time. I'd highly recommend this property!"

  • Multi-family getaway

"The house it absolutely beautiful. Very clean and very well kept. We received driving instructions and the code to get into the house in plenty of time prior to arrival. On the counter was a notebook of house rules and instructions on what we needed to do and how to operate certain things. The notebook was very well written and also included what restaurants were in the area, etc. Whatever we didn't know or understand the owner was welcome to text messages or a phone call. I appreciated that very much! Everything we needed (except food) was available to use in the house. Linens, dish/hand/shower towels, plates, cups, kid plates and cups, utensils of all sorts, pots, pans, hair dryers, coffee pots, mixers, rice cooker, crock pot, just about every kind of item you can think of was there and available. Restaurants and markets were very close for whatever we needed. The use of the elevator was especially important to have as our Papa could not use the stairs and him being with us was a must! Stunning views no matter what level you were on. Sleeping quarters were plenty big for a family of 2 to a family of 5. Plenty of space within the house for a large group (we had 13) to gather and not feel like we were in each others way. Having everyone at the dinner table together for meals meant so much to me! Plenty of activities for the kids to do (age 1 month to 12). Fabulous hot tub on the second level was very relaxing to watch the sun set and listen to the ocean. Step off that same deck and you were on the beach. We never heard any neighbors or outside people, the house was very well insulated! So well that we didn't even hear the kids playing on the main level. We mostly spent time on the 4th level (kitchen & living room area with the best view of all time). We all joked about the house needing an intercom system - because you got a work out when going up and down those stairs. All in all we had an absolutely fabulous time being together and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!"

  • Thankful

"Rating: 5/5 We spent Thanksgiving at this home and I am thankful that we did. There were 5 of us, all adult/young adult. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, better than we expected. There was lots of bedding and the beds were comfortable. It was homey and comfortable. The dining room table was great for having our dinner and also for family games. The hot tub was a treat. Not too far from the beach. It was a great experience."

  • Very nice!

"This place was perfect for my husband and I, our 2 grandchildren and daughters. It was clean, well stocked with dishes, etc. in the kitchen, bath towels, and just about anything we needed. Maybe some of the bedding looked a little worn. The backyard had a firepit where we had campfires at night, a nice deck area and a grill. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but it only took a few minutes. The area restaurants are on the high side, so you should probably bring groceries along. (We shopped at Fred Meyers in Tillamook) We would definitely stay here again."
