Cozy and convenient!
"We stayed 4 days and 5 nights in this little cottage with our two young kids and it was perfect. It's cozy yet rustic, and spotlessly clean. The owners have really thought of all the little details. We found the location to be perfect. Rockaway beach doesn't feel quite as busy as some of the more popular areas so it's a little quieter, which we found relaxing. The cabin itself is just steps to the beach and walking distance to the cute little shops and restaurants. We also found it to be the perfect jumping off spot for site seeing. Had a nice fire the last night and it was lovely. Highly recommend this to a family or group of friends. We will be back for sure!"

"House matches the photos and owners are great!
Amazing waterfront location.
Master bed/bath is submline with two-way gas fireplace above jetted tub, and breathtaking view of the beach...
Good to note that stairs are required for entry and all bedrooms and bathing facilities are 2nd floor. There is a half bath on main floor, and an air mattress is available for use on the main floor as well.
If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, whether you want to fully unplug, or still have access to modern conveniences, this is the place for you...

"This place was right on the beach with beautiful views and beach access right off of the deck. Very clean and well equipped. Bedrooms are large, with the master bedroom having beautiful views of the ocean. There is a large deck right on the beach side of the house and a sun deck on the upper level facing town. Everything in town was within easy walking distance. Excellent place for a family vacation."

"We came in for a small family gathering. This house was perfect for that. Our 4 people had plenty of space, though we spent most of it in the kitchen/dining/living room areas.
A couple of key points:
- The kitchen is great and well stocked with cooking implements.
- The house is very quiet
- The beach is totally accessible - a straight walk out the back door 100 yards on.
the house get great light without feeling blinding.
- The house is really clean.
- Washer and dryer work and are well stocked.
- The internet is slow and doesn't quite reach the bedrooms. So streaming video is unlikely.
- The beds could be a little softer - but that's a personal preference (I was totally fine).
- There aren't closets or dressers in the bedrooms - so manage your luggage appropriately.
We would come back for sure.
Note that the drive into town is super easy - 5 minutes down the road. The nearby catholic church is fantastic. And there are plenty of places to eat (though they aren't fancy). Getting here from PDX involves a beautiful but long drive through the forest. So plan accordingly. But the destination is worth it."
