"Very entertaining to stay and check out all the vintage decor. Tiny house but still has everything you need including a dishwasher. Nice to be able to rent the house next door and share the beautiful property together."

"We had a wonderful vacation, It was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen is big and well equipped with a BBQ on the back deck. The location is great, 2 blocks walk to the beach, 1 block walk to the 12th St. bridge for crabbing. We spent hours at the beach, walking, flying kites, and clamming. We also walked to downtown on the promenade, and enjoyed the home to relax at night. The beds were comfortable, plenty of bedding, blankets and towels. The beach cottage was immaculate and so well furnished. We will be back!"

"Four sisters (all over 59) stayed here for four nights. It's a nice home with great views of the river estuary that a LOT of birds frequent. We saw 2 bald eagles each day. The owner said we might see Elk, but we didn't.
The house isn't new or newly remodeled, but it is clean and has everything you need. As you see in the provided photos. We liked that we each had our own bed.
It's fairly close to downtown Seaside. Too far to walk, but close enough. Good tourist shopping in Seaside. We also shopped at Canon Beach but the shops were almost exactly the same. Canon Beach itself was nice, as was the beach at Seaside. We also shopped at the Seaside Outlet mall.
We went to the Sunday Farmers Market in Astoria but it was the last day of the season and there wasn't much there. The Seaside locals said we should go, that we'd probably spend all day there, so I'm sure during the summer it is much larger.
We ate lunch at Dundee's and the restaurant in the motel that's at the end of Broadway, at the beach (I can't think of the name). Dinner at Nonnie's was very delicious. Great service and wonderful food.
If you think you're going to be at the beach, you really aren't. The beach, the ocean, the waves, are pretty far away from the house. You can see and hear them, but it's far away. You can walk out on the estuary, many people do, when the tide is out.
We didn't need to use the fireplace, or fire pit.
It's a nice place, very quiet there, good location. We'd go back again."

"Eleven ladies at the time of their lives in this beautiful home overlooking the Seaside cove. Stunning views, all the amenities anyone would want, gorgeous decor, comfy beds, and a fantastic patio to enjoy. We already made our reservation for next year and are counting the days until we return to this lovely home."
