"We wanted to have an Oregon beach vacation and got a recommendation to Annie's Beach house from my sister's friend . We really enjoyed our time here. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. An easy walk to a very nice beach. We walked, beach combed and flew a kite. The house was very homey and comfortable. We were a family of six. My husband and I along with our three adult children and our grandson. The basement has a ping pong table that we all enjoyed playing. Our grandson rode one of the bikes around that was in the garage. We found a great little fish place nearby in Seaside. Brought some oysters and salmon home for a BBQ! I would recommend staying here for any family or a group of friends. The only thing I would say is that it was advertised as sleeping 10 (8 adults). Depending on your particular sleeping situation I think 10 would be a bit too crowded. My daughters and grandson stayed upstairs in the apartment. My husband took the room with the queen bed and our son in the other room with what looked like a full size bed. Other than that looks like it would be couch sleeping? All in all I would recommend this house. Thank you."

"My only regret is that I didn't book a longer trip. This home was so wonderful. Even though it was beautiful and I felt like I was living in luxury, it was very very comfortable. The owner has stocked it with so many amenities - bikes, deck furniture, grill, toys, ping-pong table, sleep number bed, and my favorite, a well supplied kitchen. I'm a bit of a tidy person (aka neat freak), and I can tell you, this home was impeccably clean.
One of my other favorite things about this home was the location. It was only a two block walk to the beach. I loved that it wasn't directly on the beach or closer, because it wouldn't have felt so private. Even though it was in a residential area, it was very quiet. It is located near the very southern tip of the prom, which made for the perfect length of a walk into town (about a 10-15 minute walk). If you're a runner, from the front door to the north end of the prom and back, is almost a perfect 5K.
I must confess though, the most wonderful thing of all... a heated tile floor in the bathroom! Heaven. I get misty just thinking of it. :-)"
