  • Tripple wow!

"When we checked in I was a bit unsure what our room would be like as the front office has a stale cigarette smell, and some "fresh smoke" is present as well. The owners were so very pleasant and ready for us, that i was quickly able to "wave this away" and then we walked through the door to our room... wow, wow, wow!!! What a beautiful, cozy and comfortable place. Think country seaside charm without being at all touristy smaltz. Lovley view of the dunes and ocean, a compact kitchen well supplied and with a nice updated look. The bed was super comfy and there was a nice laminate? floor so no carpet, yeah!! Everything was super clean. Our only complaints, if any, were that the wicker chairs are not to comfy for sitting around in, and that left only the bed, and that since the shower is short, a handheld shower sprayer would be nice. Hubby had to scrunch quite a bit to get under the water. Neither of these issues were a big deal at all, and everything else was so awesome, these small quirks were easy to overlook. Loved having the flat screen tv (in a lovely armoire btw), and the electric fireplace in the corner added to the cozy atmosphere...in short, everything was absolutly wonderful, they even have a little pair of binoculars for whale watching and there were chilled water bottles in the fridge. I liked that this property did not feel at all like a motel room. I definitely will stay here again, and recommend it to friends."

  • Mike W

"For those who are seeking a "View", one would be hard pressed to find a better location than this one. Every morning is a different event - light rain, fog, low fog, sunlight. And the dinners every evening were interrupted by people running for their cameras to capture the sunsets. Excellent beds and 3 bathrooms (one for each of our couples)was very satisfying. Pictures can not capture the changing mood of the ocean, the coastal weather, or the sounds. Extremely enjoyable."

  • Family Celebration

"We were at this house for 4 days and had a fabulous time. Our group was 9 adults and 1 child. We did not want for anything. Loved the closeness and access to the beach. We plan to return soon. The owners were wonderful to work with."

  • My favorite place on the coast

"This is my second time at Anemone House. The home is so well equipped and a beautiful location. Sue is so easy to work with. As Arnold Schwartznegger said "I'll be back!""

Travel to the coast with your family and loved ones to enjoy mouth-watering seafood, endless quaint villages to visit, and plenty of modern shopping, galleries and museums to tour.

Seafood Adventures near Oregon Coast Rentals

Choose to simply dine on plenty of Oregon’s famous Dungeness crab, or learn how to catch them yourself. Grab the family and travel from your Oregon Coast lodging to a rental facility and find the necessary equipment to use on your personal crabbing venture. Charter a boat or schedule a special tour to learn how to clean and prepare your crab at your Oregon Coast vacation rentals, too.

Visit the Dunes National Recreation Area While Staying in Oregon Coast Lodging

The Dunes National Recreation Area spans the beach found around Oregon Coast rentals, offering an entire vacation’s worth of scenery and attractions. Visit the sea lion caves in Florence and witness the animals in their natural habitat surrounding Oregon Coast lodging. Also plan a stop at the Heceta Head Lighthouse, which has been in service for 114 years. Bring along the camera and build a sandcastle with the kids before venturing to the local aquarium on your way back to your Oregon Coast vacation rentals.

Stay in Oregon Coast Vacation Rentals and Relax in Garibaldi

Garibaldi is just one of the quiet towns surrounding Oregon Coast rentals, offering plenty of fishing, water sports and relaxing outdoor activities. Visit the local museum and learn about the settlement of the community before venturing out to enjoy fresh oysters and fish. Oregon Coast lodging offers easy access to local hiking on the Bayocean Spit, which is also an ideal location for bird-watching adventures. The resort town of Bayocean was once located there, full of Oregon Coast vacation rentals, restaurants and private residences before natural erosion and storms washed them all away by the year 1952.
