Great place, great people
"My family stayed at Inn Beervana for four nights while we explored Portland by bike. The accommodations were spotlessly clean, well-supplied and roomy. The beds were so comfortable that we now want to get the same type for our own house. The surrounding neighbourhood is fantastic, with many interesting shops to explore and a large variety of restaurants at which to eat. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, but lively enough to make it interesting. Finally, Brian and Kimberly were extremely welcoming and responsive, their son is very cute, and their dog is adorable. To summarize -- a perfect vacation rental experience! We will definitely stay at Inn Beervana on a return trip to Portland."

"We visited Portland for our honeymoon and stayed at Sunita's condo for 8 nights. It was so nice to come back to a fully furnished home rather than a hotel room after a busy day of sightseeing.
Sunita is a wonderful hostess who is genuinely nice and cares about her guests. The condo is lovely and very peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. We made breakfast and dinner there a few times and even did a load of laundry. The balcony is perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day and the bed is incredibly comfortable.
We walked everywhere from Sunita's condo (we stayed primarily on the west side of the Willamette River), it is very conveniently located.
We would definitely stay here again when we return to Portland!"

"We spent 5 days exploring the area using this as our base. Couldn't have made a better choice. The good: great location- across the street Sapphire Hotel (lounge) serves until 2 am, 2 doors up Tabor Bread which has great coffee, food, pizza Sunday nights and a national reputation. Within 10 blocks walk everything you would need- great restaurants, wine store, New Seasons. Kitchen has everything you would need for staying in. Electronic locks so you don't need to worry about forgetting keys. Kim was gracious in offering to pick us up at the airport and we took her up on this. The not good: really only the fact that we filtered our search to include onsite washer/dryer and there is none- you need to trek several blocks to a laundromat. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Kim!"

"The home was spacious, comfortable, clean and well stocked with essentials. Air conditioning was a benefit due to problem with Portland air quality. We were able to get into the downtown easily and we really enjoyed the proximity to the neighborhoods on Alberta and Missippi."
