  • Good spot

"Excellent location for many adventures from Portland to the wine region to Mt Hood. Very comfortable home with two full baths. Air conditioner only in living room, so bedrooms can be a bit wa in the summer."

  • Spectacular place, beautiful land, wonderful hosts and convenient location -- PERFECT

"Our stay could not have been any better! I don't usually do reviews of anything, but just had to write. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and set on gorgeous land right by Forest Park. Beautifully decorated and peaceful, but a very quick drive from everything. I will definitely go back, wouldn't consider staying anywhere else but there, it was heaven. Thanks so much Margie!"

  • Late July

"My wife and I stayed in this home in late July for five days. We had been traveling through British Colombia with our kids and then just the both of us stayed in Portland to scout areas for a possible relocation. The clean, comfortable home is in the Hawthorne area of Portland. It is quite close to Downtown and the public transportation in this city is excellent. There are bus stops on Hawthorne just one block from the home. We had a car and had no problems with parking. The home had all we needed to prepare solid meals and enjoy them on the deck. It is a safe, clean home and there is plenty of room. We were able to do laundry, which was great on account of the amount of traveling we had been doing. The owner was able to accommodate us and allow us to be in the home prior to the 4 p.m. check in. Thanks! We had to get up at 3:30 that morning to catch and early flight out of Canada. Surrounding this home there are many interesting shoppes, restaurants, pubs, and distilleries. Portland is a walkers and bikers dream. We hope to stay at this home again in the near future. Thanks to Thomas for everything."

  • Great weekend getaway

"Thank you so much! We drove to Portland for a quick 2 night getaway from Vancouver, Canada. The cottage is located just a quick 10 min drive from the heart of DT. In addition, the neighborhoods that are close to the cottage SE Division etc.. have so much to explore, we only went into down a couple days. Best is they have bikes for you to use and explore the neighborhoods!! Great little loft rental- definitely willing to recommend + stay again. Only one small glitch by Homeaway when setting up our code for the lock box to get our key. We had 2 different people call for reservations and they used one ph# for the box but emailed us the wrong code. We arrived late (11pm) and had to fumble in the dark for 30 mins trying to figure out how to get in + call around and email to try to get access to property. We felt bad because it was late and didn't want to wake the neighbors. BUT the owners were amazing! They found out the issues we had and next day had a plate of brownies + cake with a sorry letter. Great care of their guest. Thank you."

Experience Activities Galore in Portland Lodging

Come for a stay in Portland lodging and enjoy exploring one of Oregon’s finest travel destinations. Jetboat excursions let you explore the water, the Oregon Zoo will keep the kids happy, and the local ice rink offers fun physical activity the entire group will enjoy.

Reserve Portland Lodging and Visit the Oregon Zoo

The Oregon Zoo is by far one of the most popular attractions for visitors to Portland lodging. Monkeys, tigers and lions are part of the African Rain Forest exhibit, and grazing animals are seen in the custom-built savanna. Gather the family and plan to see the animals from Peru and the Cascade Mountains during your Portland travel.

Learn to Skate Like a Pro near Portland Rentals

Many professional and Olympic skaters either started or continued training in the Lloyd Center Ice Rink, found in the mall near Portland lodging choices. Go for an afternoon shopping trip and decide to spend some time on the ice learning a few new moves. This rink is open year-round to locals and visitors to Portland rentals. Some plan a stop here during their Portland travel to simply enjoy a meal while overlooking the public skaters below.

Schedule a Portland Travel Guide via Jetboat
