"Located just outside of Forest Grove, the cottage is a wonderful place for anyone who wants to explore the beauty of the Willamette Valley, the area vineyards, the charming small towns nearby, the vibrant city of Portland, as well as the Oregon coast. BUT once you arrive, it's hard to not just want to stay and enjoy all of the comforts of this "home away from home", and the farm on which it sits. From fresh cookies and wine that greet you as you come in, to the comfortable bed and furnishings, as well as the outdoor seating area and picnic table, to the invitation to wander around the farm and woods on the property, Diana and David have thought of everything it takes to make you feel warmly welcomed."

"What a lovely home from home, this home is everything that any family could need! We had a lovely trip to Portland, with space to spare in the house. Close to the attractions we wanted, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants, Brett and Marny have provided loads of information on things to see and do, and are right next door in case of questions.
The house is clean and well equipped, from crockery and kitchen equipment to toys and books, and washing and drying facilities, and the linens were so soft and luxurious.
Sitting in the garden for breakfast on the few dry days was the icing on the cake.
Travelling with teens, I would recommend OMSI for a drizzly afternoon, glow-in-the-dark mini golf, and Segway nation tours of downtown (wrap up warm!). Killer burger is an easy option and Gino's on 13th for a lovely dinner. also the cart pods are a must for quality, different dining!
thankyou for a great stay!"

"Stayed here for the weekend. Very nice house in a great neighborhood. The owner was easy to work with and went out of her way to welcome us.
This is not a difficult house to navigate if there are any walking issues. Just a couple of stairs in and out. Beds were super comfortable and the bathroom tub was deep and really clean (great for those bubble baths). Kitchen was well stocked with dishes (Be aware that the kitchen light is right behind the fridge. Took us awhile to find it).
Safe and eclectic neighborhood with many food, brews and wine choices. Nice back yard but no bbq which would be nice in summer.
Would stay here again and highly recommend."

"Well maintained vintage home in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from inner east attractions. Excellent outdoor space for entertaining, but would probably think twice about relying on the sun room for additional guests. Good communication with property owner."
