"My husband and I stayed here with our 2 y.o. for a couple of nights. The view was wonderful, the location was fantastic and the condo was very cozy. We loved watching all of the activity across the Steel Bridge and in the Willamette River. It is noisy out with the windows open, but at night it was not a bother at all. We did have a car as we were traveling further south after our stay in Portland, so it was wonderful to have a designated parking spot. The trail along the river was great for walks/runs and you could easily walk to many great places in the city. Thank you for a memorable trip and having everything that we needed available (even a high chair and toys for our little one). We would definitely stay here again."

"Thank you so much! We drove to Portland for a quick 2 night getaway from Vancouver, Canada. The cottage is located just a quick 10 min drive from the heart of DT. In addition, the neighborhoods that are close to the cottage SE Division etc.. have so much to explore, we only went into down a couple days. Best is they have bikes for you to use and explore the neighborhoods!! Great little loft rental- definitely willing to recommend + stay again.
Only one small glitch by Homeaway when setting up our code for the lock box to get our key. We had 2 different people call for reservations and they used one ph# for the box but emailed us the wrong code. We arrived late (11pm) and had to fumble in the dark for 30 mins trying to figure out how to get in + call around and email to try to get access to property. We felt bad because it was late and didn't want to wake the neighbors.
BUT the owners were amazing! They found out the issues we had and next day had a plate of brownies + cake with a sorry letter. Great care of their guest. Thank you."

"This place was really nice and cute and I loved the vaulted ceilings as it made it feel so spacious. The bed was super comfy but the pillows not so much. (I'm a pillow snob though). The lighting was bad in the main area unless you had shades open and that wasn't very conducive since you are located at the stoplight of a very busy corner. Which also ended to considerable street noise. Our son lives in Portland and we borrowed his box fan and not sure what it would have been like without it masking out the traffic noise. It was really easy to access and the garage right across the front door was handy but rent a small car as the parking in the designated space is tricky. Every thing was clean; with the exception of some black mold growing on the wall next to the floor by the shower. Owner communicated well and all in all it was a great stay for the $$. Would stay here again as long as we have that box fan! Oh and delightful coffee shop and pub across the street was a plus!"

"We came to Portland over the Thanksgiving weekend to visit with my son in college. The house was warm, welcoming and fully stocked. The owners were accommodating and pleasant to work with. We were able to cook a nice Thanksgiving meal for our family and friends. There weren't a lot of large pots, but we made do with the pots and pans they had. We enjoyed the warmth of the fireplace and spent a little bit of time on the deck when it warmed up to 50's. We would certainly return to this lovely home on a future Portland trip."
