"My husband and I came to Portland to visit our daughter and she made initial arrangements. The flat was very nice with comfortable homey feel. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to local restaurants. I would highly recommend this VRBO."

"This apartment was perfect for us. It slept our family very comfortably (it is not often you will hear me refer to a futon as comfortable, but it was!), the kitchen was perfect and it was clean and convenient to public transportation. Rupert and Scott were great. They were full of suggestions but also gave us our space. Wonderful! It was hot in Portland when we visited, but with the windows open this apartment stayed very cool!"

"This is a very spacious apartment with a well stocked kitchen that made it easy for us to do our own cooking. The unit is in an older building but well kept and clean though out. Close enough to downtown Portland but in a quiet and safe area. It was easy to find parking close to the apartment. Safeway and other shopping was within walking distance to the apartment. Would stay again if we were back in Portland."

"The Garden View Apartment was perfect for our Ladies' get together in Portland... comfortable for 3 of us, well appointed with all the conveniences of home, clean and inviting upon our arrival, including fresh coffee beans and a nice bottle of Pinot Noir. The beautifully landscaped back yard patio offered a great outdoor space for visiting... and we could have cooked or barbecued if we'd been so inclined, but there were plenty of opportunities neaby for dining out. This lovely, well maintained old house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with frequent bus service available just half a block away. The caretakers live on site and were promptly available to answer questions and deal with any minor concerns. We would gladly stay here again, and would not hesitate to recommend this option to our friends."
