  • Fantastic Place to Stay!

"I have previously lived twice in Portland so I know the city well. I selected this location to say because of it's central location in the vibrant and exciting Pearl District. Even though it is city center, this unit is quiet. The best part of the stay was the professional and caring attitude of the owner. The place was decorated beautifully and it is as comfortable as home. I will stay there again and again!"

  • Great spot for BB fans and Shopaholics who enjoy feeling a downtown city vibe

"My daughter and I stayed here for the NCAA BB tournament. With the Moda Center only one stop away, the location was outstanding. For a Portland Trailblazers game, we even walked the bridge. We took the train from the airport; the directions late at night were a bit confusing. I recommend printing a walking route, especially if arriving after dark, to compliment what was provided. Access into the condo upon arrival is effectively orchestrated. The outdoor market on the waterfront on Saturday and Sunday was a "must" and a close walk! Voodoo Donuts and the magic of the Pearl District super close too. My husband and son joined us but we still felt the one bedroom offered enough room with the blow up mattress. Condo is super well stocked, comfortable and clean (though the couch could use some spot removal - tough in a rental unit). Nice balcony overlooking docks which are popular for local ducks. After seven nights, we got used to the trains. Bring ear plugs if night noise bothers you. Given Portland's warm weather, there is a high number of homeless towards Chinatown but the condo unit had active security ensuring access is provided to residents only. We drove to the outlet malls (45 minutes) and avoided the higher prices downtown. When we return to Portland, we will definitely try to stay here again. The unit would not get a "five star" rating from rich and famous evaluators but our overall experience was! Thank-you to the owners for offering this unit to tourists."

  • Nice condo in great location.

"First of all, the owner, James, responded quickly to the booking request. Much appreciated. The condo is in probably the best part of Portland, with lots to see and do. Many grocery stores, restaurants, and museums within walking distance. The condo is clean, well kept, quiet, and comfortable. This is my go-to stop for visits to Portland. As to the trains nearby, we were out most of the day, but noise was not an issue. Train noise was no problem in the evening, never heard it. Thank you James."

  • A perfect pocket-sized studio

"I needed to stay in Portland for 6 weeks and could not drive. The location (across the street from light rail) and easy walking distance to stores and restaurants made the condo perfect for me. Friends used the included parking slot when they visited. The condo is well stocked with basics and even came with plastic wrap. Comfy bed, nice towels, roomy closet, fun dishes! Having a laundry in the basement was convenient. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive when a light bulb burned out. A good place for a longer stay."
