"Great location! Right on the river, very close walk to The Pearl district, pool and hot tub in the complex. Everything you need is so close."Guest: IanThomstache Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 29, 2014View listing
"I was very fortunate to find this amazing condo available to rent while I was in Portland for work. I was there for a little over two months and I can honestly say that it was hard to leave as I was traveling back home. The condo is very comfortable and has absolutely anything that a business/vacation traveler needs… and much more! The building is very quaint, and has a lot of character and is conveniently located right across the street from public transportation. The location could not have been better, as it is a few blocks away and walking distance from all the great bars and restaurants on 21st and 23rd, and also very close to grocery stores, coffee shops, gyms, the post office, multiple banks, and anything that one could ever need. I had the pleasure to meet some of the people living in the building and everyone is super friendly. I travel around the country for work quite a bit, and I can honestly say that this was one of my most enjoyable stays. Ellen was great to deal with. She is very responsive and answered my questions immediately. She was very flexible with me, as I had to postpone my departure time and just made my life a lot easier while I was there. This is THE place to stay when you are in Portland, and I will definitely be staying here again if I'm back in Portland."Guest: Jesus T. "We rented this condo for the purpose of experiencing downtown Portland to see if we really want to move there from suburbia. The condo is well equipped, so the only thing we needed to bring was clothes and personal items. It worked well for the 2 of us, as we spent a great deal of time out exploring and taking in all the sounds, people and sights. We ate several meals in the condo as there are 5 grocery stores within a 20 minute walk or less. There's a coffee pot, but with 3 really good coffee shops within a block or less you might just want to stow the pot and go out for coffee. Restaurants for whatever food you fancy within 10 minutes or less. At least 8 brewpubs within 15 minutes. Virtually no noise from within the building, but the noise is noticeable from the I-405 with the windows open - which they were all the time due to a warm month. The white noise machine came in handy at night. The unit is in good condition and Ellen was very responsive to any of our requests. If you want to explore further than on foot the streetcar is right out front. You can buy a daily pass that covers the streetcar, light rail and bus. Don't forget to take some hikes in Forest Park, almost 80 miles of trails."Guest: Burg Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 8, 2014View listing
"Stayed here for three weeks this September and totally enjoyed the experience. Easy walk to Streetcar, Bus and Metro for access to all of Portland. Very private setting with plenty of room to stretch out and even to include friends for a visit. The neighborhood has some excellent restaurants, coffee shops and some cool shops as well. Two of the best meals we had in all of Portland were within three blocks of the condo. The nicest part of this rental was the owner himself who couldn't of been more responsive or friendly! I would definitely stay here again."Guest: DK Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 2, 2014View listing
