  • Wonderful riverfront views and city access

"Lovely condo in splendid location right on the river. We could sit at the bistro style dining table overlooking the river for hours, sharing meals, playing cards, watching the boats and wildlife. It was also a real treat to walk along the river and up to the PSU campus...esp. fabulous for the Saturday farmers' market. Walking distance to the aerial tram, and an easy hop on to the N/S streetcar to head downtown, to the Pearl, to NW 23rd, and of course connecting to all of PDX via other mass transit . The condo is pleasantly furnished and comfortable, with a nice kitchen. We look forward to our next stay."

  • Exceptional condo

"This is a beautiful condo that exceeded our expectations. Tim was easy to work with and provided instructions for no-hassle checkin and checkout. The kitchen is well equiped, the king bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel or vacation rental. The master bath is also fantastic with its glass shower and huge bathtub. Only slight con is the smaller second bedroom. We found the location to be pleasant and not too far from downtown. We will definitely be back next year, thanks Tim."

  • Location!

"We loved sitting in the living room or on the patio and looking over the treetops, feeling like we were in the mountains instead of in a great residential area in the middle of Portland. We could walk to many good restaurants, bars, and even some music venues, and the convenient bus was just a short walk away. Christy was friendly and easy to work with, but not at all intrusive though she and Stan were living in the upstairs unit. The fruit in the "comminity orchard" just below the house was just coming into ripeness when we left on Oct 1 - I managed to pick some delicious figs but the persimmons were not yet ready."

  • Great location for a Portland getaway

"We had a wonderful time in Portland for a three night getaway in late November 2014. The cottage is private, quiet, and in an amazing character neighbourhood. Everything we needed and more was there for us. Just a short 10 minute walk from Laurelhurst (restaurants, shops) as well as great places along E Burnside. only a 5 minute walk to an extremely convenient bus route, which gave us access to the entire city - we barely used our car at all. We'll certainly be back, as the proximity to one of our favourite live music locations is merely walking distance!"
