"We chose this home for part of the wedding party to stay for my daughter's wedding. It is a great property! Very unique and green, private and accommodating. You feel like you are in a rural setting in the middle of the city. Mardy is a wonderful host and the home was clean and comfortable. She is available on premises and gracious to answer questions and flexible when we had to add an additional night to our booking and when my daughter decided at the last minute to bring her dog. Great value for the money. Thank you Mardy for being a part of making this occasion wonderful. All who stayed liked the home and slept well."

"Loved this rental! The location was close to lots of activities. There are tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There's even a donut shop at the end of the block! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fantastic!! I especially loved the large bathtub, as it's not something I have at home. the house was also very clean upon arrival. I would highly recommend this rental and would like to stay here again if we ever come back to Portland."

"Wonderful little home in the NE section of Portland! My husband, teenage daughter and I spent 5 days in this charming Victorian house. Very clean and comfortable house. We were in a wonderful neighborhood and near to some great restaurants. Tasty & Sons (our favorite spot) and the People's Pig. Also near a great market, New Seasons on Williams. We rented bikes (Everybody's Bike) & rode to Downtown and Artists District. Near public transportation or UBER it. No need for a car.
Julie responded quickly to our questions and Rocio was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend it and will be back again."

"Portland is relatively easy to get around, but you don't always want to stay in the middle of the busiest part of the city. For being tucked in a purely residential neighborhood with big trees and street parking, this house could not get any closer to the common amenities needed (grocery store, restaurants, banks) in the Lloyd District. I carried my groceries to the house for a whole 4 minutes. It was an extremely enjoyable 12 minute walk to the conference center every morning. Or, I'd walk 500 yards and hop on the street car that connects with any other MAX rail and go all over the city. I went from Voodoo doughnuts downtown to the house in about 18 minutes on the rail line.
The home has adequate furnishings and done up well, and all you need with the right consumables provided."
