  • Great home base for a week of Portland exploration

"We stayed for a week at Tijana and Milo's apartment and had a great time. The space was as described and pictured with easy street parking and even a backyard we were able to eat in a few times. The location is great for exploring on foot as well as by car. By car, it seemed to take only 15 minutes to get to any of the neighborhoods we wanted to explore. We like to walk, so 40 minutes on foot was a nice adventure to the Pearl and Downtown. We didn't spend too much time on Broadway near the house but we went to nearby Tiny's (recommended by our hosts) a few times for coffee and breakfast and also loved Whey Bar (next to Ox) and Toro Bravo which are walkable from the house. For breakfast and nights we didn't go out we cooked in the fully functional kitchen and had lovely nights just hanging out in the well appointed apartment. Overall we'd recommend this space to anyone looking for a nice, low-key place to unwind and launch Portland explorations from--we'd definitely return ourselves."

  • Another great annual trip & stay at cora

"First let me say that my family and I have been visiting Portland for over 5 years. We've stayed at Coraflats 3 times now and David requested that I write a review of our recent experience. Here are the best things: Outdoor patio, deck & grill. Fun design: My wife and kids love the colorful wall and artwork. Upgraded kitchen: I noticed Davdi upgraded the kitchen countertops, range hood, microwave and fridge since our last stay. Updated Bathroom: I also noticed the upstairs bath had been completely retiled, even though it was really nice before. Location: It's a few minutes to downtown, parks, public transportation, restaurants and coffee shops. We always bring our bikes because it's kind of on an informal bike path and Portland is super fun to get around by bike. All in all, this trip was better than the last and we hope to keep coming back. The property is great for families but I could see it being nice for almost anyone given the location, amenities and nice design. Thanks again David for hosting us!"

  • The views!!!

"We loved this place. On clear days you can see Mt. Hood and Mt. St. Helens. Great location. Easy to get to any place you want to go. A little hard to find due to the street signs not being the clearest but we'll worth the hunt. Owners are great! Handy if you need anything but otherwise you never know they're upstairs. Will stay here next time we visit Portland."

  • Great location in the Alphabet District!

"I felt so lucky to have found this place. We were in Portland for a family wedding and felt we had the best place of all. Loved my morning coffee on the porch while enjoying my novel. The comfy living area afforded my children a place to "hang out". And truly, we could walk to any place we needed. It's all right there. I think some of our family will be renting in the future. Thank you - it was all we had hoped for and more. A cute get-a-way!"
