  • Wonderful riverfront views and city access

"Lovely condo in splendid location right on the river. We could sit at the bistro style dining table overlooking the river for hours, sharing meals, playing cards, watching the boats and wildlife. It was also a real treat to walk along the river and up to the PSU campus...esp. fabulous for the Saturday farmers' market. Walking distance to the aerial tram, and an easy hop on to the N/S streetcar to head downtown, to the Pearl, to NW 23rd, and of course connecting to all of PDX via other mass transit . The condo is pleasantly furnished and comfortable, with a nice kitchen. We look forward to our next stay."

  • Location location location!

"This is our (spouse &me) second stay with Vladimir and it was just about perfect. I especially like the use of laundry facilities in both the places we have stayed. In February it was the property on westover. The studio was clean, linens fresh, and location a 10 minute walk from the streetcar and/or bus. And, this trip I really ventured ventured out more on the bus...felt like a real city girl!!!! In addition, my husband and I walked to a lot of the pearl area, voodoo donuts and experienced a lot of good food. I really recommend this place; if there is ever anything needed, Vladimir is Most cooperative And ready to help. Our next trip to pdx we will definitely stay with vlad's places."

  • Great, friendly place to stay!

"Perfect, clean studio space! Peggy was incredibly welcoming and friendly and we had everything we needed. Good location, close to grocery store and bus stops that will take you anywhere in the city. Great home base for my wife and I as we explored the city and beyond. Felt right at home the entire time!"

  • Little Red Farmhouse

"Our stay at the Little Red Farmhouse was great! It is an old house, probably built in the 1930's. But, it had everything we needed & more! The completely fenced in back yard was huge & amazing,(maybe an acre) with lots of grape vines covered with all the grapes you could eat. Beautiful roses too! It was perfect for our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter, who ran around & explored every inch of it every day! There is no bath tub, but we made due with the 2 showers. My husband, who normally will only stay in new hotels, actually really enjoyed this old house. We have many fond memories & lots of pictures with our granddaughter playing & exploring this place inside and out. So much better than staying in a hotel! There are 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (both have showers, which are kind of small). Nice size comfortable living room & dining room. The kitchen is good size, with a glass top stove (looks pretty new), lots of dishes, pots & pans. There's lots of different teas, condiments, spices & even paper towels, plastic wrap etc. There is no dishwasher, but we didn't mind doing the dishes by hand. There is only one TV, which is in the living room with very limited channels. This ended up being actually good for us! We found plenty of other things to do - games, going for walks, playing in the yard, etc.! It really made us think & imagine what it would be like to live there back in the 1930's. The swing on the front porch added a nice touch, too. Very peaceful setting, to just swing or read a book. We stayed for 9 nights & would have stayed a few more days, if it hadn't already been booked for someone else. We hope to return next year!"
