"We wanted somewhere nice on the Oregon coast to meet up with some friends from Portland.
This was the perfect location, central to both families. We hired only one side of the duplex, Neptune, and it was exactly as pictured , clean, cozy and perfectly situated on the Oregon coast with amazing views of the ocean. With two families - 4 Adults and 4 children there was plenty of room for us to hang out together or be alone.
The weather wasn't at it's best while we were staying in Bandon but that did not stop us from exploring the low tides, and enjoying the beach.
Thank you Carol. If we come back to Bandon we will be sure to book your house again, so we might see you next year :)"

"We had a 27 person family reunion and everyone had a bed! The main lodge was a wonderful gathering place, but cousins could branch off and explore. Adults and children could all have the right balance of time all together, in smaller groups or enjoy a solitary walk on the numerous paths. Some favorites included organic strawberries and blackberries on the grounds, friendly horses to pet and feed carrots to, and a large kitchen to prepare meals with enough room for everyone to eat together.
We enjoyed making day-trips to the coast and going berry picking but being able to come back to our home away from home. I was worried when I planned the trip that it wouldn't make all the age groups happy, but it turned out that the toddlers, tweens, teens, and adults had an equally good time!"

"We had quite a few homes on our 17 day travel and I used the wrong name in my review for the owner. Called her kim instead of Katie. Sorry Katie. I tried to edit once it was sent in---but, this is the only way I could do it. Thank you for sharing your home. It was very clean, (thanks to Michelle), and you have very clear instructions of what to do as you leave. I appreciated that. Thank you. Judy and Carol, and dogs."

"I can't thank OJ enough for the use of his beautiful home. The views are incredible...and it truly allows you to get away from it all. We stayed for two weeks and never ate out once...our sunsets were far more beautiful than anything you could see in a restaurant. Access to the beach is there...but for the sake of safety...jump in the car and drive for two minutes and park at the state beach. Windy and cool is the Oregon coast...but OJs house is situated so that you can sit outside...enjoy the ocean and never feel too cold. We observed so many people in town that were miserable due to the fact they had to stay indoors because of the wind. Location is everything...and this is the place. Thank you again...and many cherished memories"
