  • Great View!

"Spyglass has a great view of the ocean, beach and Haystack Rock. This home was well stocked and has comfortable furnishings. Management is easy to contact. At the time of our stay there were minus tides which allowed us to do more beachcombing then normal. This was a visit to the coast with my in-laws that live inland and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Bandon. We were so happy to enjoy a few days there with them, a trip we had planned for quite some time and was not disappointed with this property. A plus was the weather was amazing, skies were clear, sunny and warm. Thanks for offering such nice accommodations."

  • A perfect getaway.

"My buddies and I sought reasonably priced accommodations to support our golf holiday at Bandon Dunes. The house was perfect. Every detail was taken care of to ensure our stay was smooth. The home is located a short walk from the beach and features breathtaking views of the coast from the living room which could be enjoyed through two enormous windows. The owners consistently communicated with us to make our arrival and departure easier, including allowing us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated. I look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend the home to friend and family wishing to enjoy the Oregon coast."

  • Great place to make you feel AT HOME.

"This is one of those places where the pictures don't give an accurate description-it is so much more than you can imagine-or at least I could have imagined. Everything tip top shape, clean, tidy, has all the dishes, glasses, pots, pans, soaps, detergents, towels, blankets, you name it-It was there. Clearly the owner takes great pride in her Wild Rose Cottage and I highly recommend it to anyone. We were there with our boxer, Bella-there is even a special dog blanket which she promptly adopted as her own. The town of Bandon is wonderfully old fashioned. Great seafood restaurants right on the dock-best Dungeness in the world, also fish and chips from fresh caught fish. Everyone in town and on the beach greeted us-Wild Rose Cottage fits right in with this enchanting little village."

  • Amazing!!!

"I am perplexed by the last review...???? This home was beautiful and immaculate! We are a family with young children and we understand roughing it as we are avid fishermen and nature seekers. However, my girlfriend and husband (also with small children) have only vacationed in upscale hotels and luxury vacations. She decided to come along as long as we stayed in comfortable quarters and large enough to let our kids run free. I worried all the way up to Bandon hoping this home met her usual comforts and boy I wish you could've seen her face! Her jaw dropped as soon as we walked in! It was so open, CLEAN, beautifully decorated, and the VIEWS!!!! My gawd! You couldn't ask for more! It was so wonderful eating breakfast overlooking the lighthouse and jetty as the waves crashed on top of the rocks. Love that this home is wood flooring vs carpet just made it feel that much cleaner and sanitary. The bathrooms were large and well stocked. The kitchen was HUGE! We used the Weber gas grill almost every day. We also loved the built in griddle on the Wolfe stove. The rooms were comfortable and bedding clean and new. Each room has it's own thermostat which was greatly appreciated cuz we all had different comfort levels when it came to heating. There was even a gas fireplace for ambiance. The children loved the garage with bikes, foozeball table, air hockey table...oh and they even liked the aquarium with the fake iguana...lol...Owners thought of every detail including fishing poles and crab nets. One suggestion...a large cooking pot that can fit multiple crabs and 100's of butter clams we caught on our outdoor adventures. Jonathon the homeowner is wonderful! Very attentive and wants to make sure his guests are comfortable and happy with the accommodations. He brought us a tower of new towels and a bike pump when his cleaning crew reported to him that it was needed. Our car broke down on the way to Bandon and he called us a few times to check on us. When I called after our visit and told him I had lost my keys, he personally searched and upturned every sofa cushion to look for them. That's how nice and caring he is. Did I mention he owns the local breakfast place in town! It's delicious!!!! Get the omelet! :) I feel sorry for the last reviewer that they didn't enjoy it as much as we did here. I do believe that it's in our power to make it what we want to make it. I did find an expired jam jar but my world didn't come crashing down...I just threw it out. Thanks again!!!"
