"The first thing my 19-year-old son has always done at condos, motels and hotels is turn the TV on and plop down. Not here! This place could accurately be renamed "The room with THE view." My son and daughter just sat and stared out the windows -- and the deck for hours, only leaving to walk down to the beach. This property is everything as advertised. I've probably went on two dozen different vacations on the Oregon Coast and the view here is light years ahead of anything else I've ever seen at any accommodations. It was heaven to leave the blinds always open; wake up to the spectacular view and even eating or preparing food in the kitchen the awesome view is there. The condo is well stocked, clean and updated. Even the unusual bathroom faucets are a delight. We pretty much always had the beach and sunset to ourselves for 5 days, something I didn't expect in summer. Super quiet place too -- no traffic noise and the unit is well sound insulated from neighbors. If you stay here, be sure to plan on plenty of time on site, as the superb view is out of this world. The only downside for me was the parking. You have your own private garage, but I'm not one who likes tight parking and the nearby outside parking was often full, unless you want to walk 100 yards to another parking section. My family would love to stay here again and again."

"We had a lovely time!
We enjoyed the puzzle, instructions for the tv/video worked beautifully, loved the decor, art, and dishes, the kitchen had everything we needed including a waffle maker and hot air pop corn popper, as well as a blender and all that we needed to bake a cake! It was a very comfortable place that we'd like to have for our own!
The international students with us said it was awesome! Everyone loved the view and the private beach."

"We go to Brookings to visit and enjoy the beach as this is where my husband grew up. We have stayed several places over the years and this is by FAR the best place we have ever stayed. I dreaded staying at the motels in town and have not had success with the "resort" in town. This property has made me looking forward to going back! This is a great property with an insanely good price to go with it. Very clean with a nice big kitchen, a living room and a bedroom and loft upstairs. If you are traveling with kids, there is a double and a single in the bedroom. The King bed is in the loft with an armchair to use. The bathroom is downstairs. There is no air conditioning, but this is Brookings. We were gone all day and even if it was a little warm, it cooled right off with the windows open and the fans going. There are laundry machines! That was so nice with us being at the end of a long travel week. The towels were very lush, better than a hotel. The pictures don't do the property justice. You will be pleased. There isn't wifi, but it helped us stay off of our electronics while we were on vacation, which I loved. Brenda is wonderful to work with and when we left something behind, she mailed it to us! (We reimbursed her, but she didn't even ask!) You feel like there is no one else around up there and you could see the solar system at night. We loved it and would definitely go back! So glad we found HomeAway and the Loft at Duley Creek!"

"Our stay was GREAT! Everything with the comforts of your own home. We wouldn't be going back home tomorrow if my husband was already retired! We'd stay here again and again. Ken Nolan was very down-to-earth in all of our dealings with him not to mention very honest. We would recommend staying here before even contemplating another property and location. HAPPY TRAILS to all who enter "No Name Street" which of course was hilarious to our OnStar employees.
