  • Fantastic weekend

"Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We had a spectacular time. It was foggy most of the time, but that dis not distract from the view or the accommodations. Hope to visit again."

  • BEST VIEW IN TOWN!!!

"If you're wanting an unobstructed view of the wide open Pacific Ocean and it's beaches, rock formations , waves and sea life, then this is the place for you. We spent a whole week at this Rainbow Rock Condo and had a great time. There are so many hiking trails we couldn't fit them all in and it's so close to the Redwoods we were able to go more than once. Also the weather was real nice, that never hurts! The condo is very clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony and dining room table right there in front of the ocean for bird viewing, and playing cards. If the southern coast is in our future again we would come back. Thanks Kirsten and Charles for letting us stay in your condo."

  • Awesome Ocean Cliff Condo

"An excellent condo with spectacular 180 degree views of ocean, beach and many rocky islands. The condo is comfortable and provides all amenities and kitchen inventory any reasonable vacationer could desire. The beds are comfortable, parking is easy and its just an easy short level walk from car parking to this ground floor condo. A large outdoor balcony with equally magical views is a great place to read, enjoy a drink or enjoy a vacation snooze. Downtown Brookings is a pleasant 4 mile drive distant. Excellent value for money and you won't be disappointed."

Brookings Travel Tips

Bring on the Fun with Brookings Rentals

The Southern Oregon Coast is a great place to take the family for your next vacation. Or, if you want a romantic getaway, it will not get much better than this! Tucked away in southern Oregon’s “Banana Belt” you will enjoy warm, sunny weather while staying in Brookings rentals; it's must like a stay on the Mediterranean Coast. Staying on the beach in any Oregon Coast vacation rentals will allow you to have fun in the sun while other Brookings lodging allows for more subdued nature hikes.

Oregon Coast Vacation Rentals Offer a Taste of Local History

Though most people think of Native Americans when they think of the Oregon coast, there is much more recent history as well. Some Oregon coast vacation rentals are situated near Bombsite Trail, which is about 10 miles inland. This is the only area in the continental United States that was bombed during World War II. A memorial stands to commemorate the event and is accessible from most Brookings rentals.

Staying in Brookings Lodging? Do Not Miss Azalea Park

Anyone staying in a Brookings lodging must pencil a day at Azalea Park into their vacation calendar! The park is a sight to see with special displays throughout the year. In the winter, folks staying in Brookings rentals can catch a glimpse of the Nature’s Coastal Holiday Light Show and Sculpture Display and the Oregon Kite Festival in the summer. The park is the perfect place for picnics and family get-togethers as well.

Love Nature? You Will Love Brookings Rentals

Although the beaches and the parks surrounding most Oregon Coast vacation rentals are a wonder to experience, there is something to be said if you love nature as well. There are several spots along the southern Oregon Coast that are perfect for whale-watching. Whale-watching tours are quite popular, so it is wise to book early, probably when you book your Brookings lodging. If you prefer rivers to the open sea, schedule a river tour on the Chetco.
